The room, in a 3star hotel not only was not heated but had no radiator, and this with -3C outdoors. We did get a partial refund but are still out of pocket. Went to Mercure Cathedrale where we had a great room in a very civilised hotel. Would appreciate a total refund

The receptionist was welcoming ,friendly amd helpful .Room clean with a comfortable bed and a small balcony overlooling the river .Continental breakfast availabe at a reasonable cost .
Good location for metro and walking into the old city Close to shops ,cafes, restaurants

I booked this hotel though *********** for a 2 night stay, the hotel for no reason cancelled my booking but did not tell me direct, *********** got in touch to say hotel was not able to welcome us. I e mailed the hotel direct and though the *********** web site still no reply this in my opinion is very poor customer service, I have another Kyraid hotel booked on my trip I will be cancelling this as these hotels and not worth my business avoid at all costs

Honteux de faire payer une chambre comme cela pour escapade romantique. Une cage a poule est plus grande sue leur chambre Très brouillant Pas de parking Déjeuner très bas de game, tout industriel. Toilette cassée, pas assez d’essuie, propreté à revoir Une machine à café avec une tasse ???? Et deux cafés donc oublié de partager la tasse En clair à éviter à tout pris

Juste Déçue, les rideaux étaient casés donc réveillée par la lumière du jour, le savon de douche casé également, les joints de douche noirs… Draps sales, le ménage laisse à désirer. Le balcon sol dégoûtant… Point positif personnel agréable

Système de chasse d'eau absent, distributeur de savon dans la douche cassé. La télé ne marchait pas, impossible de la faire réparer. Le petit déjeuner minable, du pain très bas de gamme, pain de mie sec, peu de choix.... il faut revoir les prestations. Dommage car emplacement idéal.

Grosse déception, en arrivant dans la chambre à 19h30, fenêtres grandes ouvertes pour tenter de masquer les odeurs de cigarette froide désagréable. Literie digne d'un hôtel F1 (ne pas se fier aux belles photos). Le réassort de gel douche et/ou mouchoir ne doit pas être à l'ordre du jour ici. Moquette tâchée, tapisserie déchirée. Seul point positif notable, l'endroit est assez calme malgré des venues incessantes de jeunes dans le hall de l'hôtel qui filent rapidement dans un endroit isolée derrière l'accueil.

j’ai lu beaucoup de commentaires « À FUIR » et je confirme ! En arrivant dans la chambre nous avons eu droit à cette chambre de prison ! Ou le ménage n’avait pas été fait ! Cest malheureusement en allant raler et menacer de changer d’hôtels qu’on a eu une nouvelle chambre correcte.
