ajgorszy hotel, w jakim byliśmy! Jakość zdecydowanie niewspółmierna do ceny! Obsługa nie mówi w języku angielskim, brak czajnika w pokoju oraz kawy i herbaty, wszystkie napoje płatne do kolacji, regularny brak wody na śniadaniach, nieregularna temperatura wody podczas kąpieli w pokoju, pokoje bardzo stare i zużyte. Do tego hotel reklamuje się, że na basen, którego NIE POSIADA! Jak można tak oszukiwać swoich gości?! W życiu nie poleciłabym tego hotelu.

We've been (group of 12) to Jufa Alpenhotel a couple of times and cannot recommend it highly enough. All of the staff are really helpful and friendly, the rooms are modern and clean and the food is perfect for large groups. All this and the location is brilliant, just a two minute walk from the main lift.

We had a very nice stay at Jufa Saalbach. The hotel is located right in the center of the village. All the ski lifts were a short walk from the hotel. We got ready to go skiing in our room and simply walk to the gondolas. The staff was very helpful and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We booked our room with both breakfast and dinner. That was a good decision because we had a great breakfast buffet before skiing. The dinner was also good with many food options after skiing all day.

Great hotel which exceeded my expectations. Super central location (very close to all the ski lifts) and really good sized triple room with mountain views. Staff were all so friendly and went out of their way to help and stop to chat. Great breakfast choices and evening meals. Good bar, really large wellness area, huge modern boot room with individual heated lockers... all-in-all, highly recommended! This trip was with friends but I hope to return another time with my family. Thank you :-)

Unfortunately I broke my arm whilst skiing. I have to say that the staff in the restaurant were amazing , providing me with an ice pack every morning and checking that I was okay. I especially want to mention the blonde lady from house keeping who helped me when I was struggling to put my coat on each day. Thank you.

Excellent experience. Better than I expected. Supernice employees, very comfortable all over. Nice bar, great breakfast, super comfy rooms, ski-lockers top. Totally recommended. The hotel is better than the feeling you get from the pics (usually the other way around)

To expensive for the experience, €930 for 3 nights in a room without coffeemaker and balcony., while I ordered a balcony. And the receptionist just said that the single rooms are never with a balcony. And that was it……………………………………………………..

Second year to have stayed here . The hotel has wonderful facilities, large rooms with beautiful mountain views. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Can highly recommend staying here. The location is very central with easy access to the ski slopes. Hope to revisit very soon

2nd time with AlpenHotel in Saalbach this time over the new years. The place is very relaxing, very good service and an excellent location in the center of Saalbach. Rooms are Nice and the food is excellent. Can only recommend to visit this hotel
