"Excellent place to stay. We were on a mountain biking week and had a great week staying at this hotel. The room was large with plenty of storage, huge bed, big TV, large walk-in shower, and a decent size balcony area. They served a really good continental breakfast in the mornings - super tasty cereal and eggs! They also catered very well for bikes, with a secure lock up room, and a bike wash. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and as we had a late return flight it was great to be able to use their sauna area to shower and change later in the day (ie after checking out). The location is also great, just a 10 minute walk to the shops/restaurants. Negatives were really minor! I did find it odd there's no sink in the toilet room, so you have to go through to the separate shower room to wash your hands! And it was super hot while we were there. We weren't expecting A/C but a fan would have been nice to help shift the air a little. But overall this is a fantastic hotel and it will be top of the list if we return to Saalbach in future."

"We are currently staying, and having a lovely time at this wonderfully traditional hotel. The staff make this place feel like you are staying in family surroundings. Mrs Berger is wonderful to chat with and learning the history and traditions has been really insightful. Her little dog Lucky is a very cute little fella. We were met warmly by Mike and Laura who made sure we were well taken care off. They are very approachable and helpful. This theme runs throughout the staff team, all are thoughtful, friendly and hard working. We have the best singing , dancing waiter who lights up the dining room. The food has been excellent and we have been well catered for as vegetarians. There is something for all tastes. Location could not be better for the gondolas, bus stop and the centre of the village. The rooms are traditional in keeping with the hotel , clean and tasteful. The beds are super comfortable and hot water a plenty. We hope to return in the future and know we will enjoy the rest of our holiday."

"Nasze pobyt w Alpin Resort był wspaniały. Mieliśmy uroczy apartament juniorowy, który był idealny dla nas. Wszyscy pracujący w hotelu zespół był doskonały, zawsze pomagający, bardzo przyjazny i bardzo wydajny. Niektóre dania na menu były dla mnie nowe, ale wszystko było smaczne z uroczymi smakami i zawsze piękne prezentowane i posłużone uśmiechem. Bar i usługi napojów były ponownie najwyższej klasy. Mieliśmy pyszne koktajle, dobre wina, napoje itp. Wliczone. Strefy barowe były wygodne i klimatyzowane, co było bardzo potrzebne podczas fali ciepła. Jest mnóstwo komfortowych miejsc po hotelu dla wszystkich gości. Uwielbialiśmy obszar basenu, ponownie komfortowe miejsca i łóżka dla wszystkich. Używaliśmy siłowni kilka razy i obszar Spa jest dobrym rozmiarem z dużą ilością relaksu. Spa i jacuzzi były bonus po spacer i rower górski. Sądziłem również, że inni goście są mili. Było wiele różnych narodowości i wszyscy wydawali się przyjaźni i uprzejmi. Docenialiśmy obecność właściciela w hotelu. Chcieli sprawdzić, czy mamy dobre doświadczenie, które zdecydowanie byliśmy. Planujemy wrócić wkrótce!"

"Naprawdę dobrze położony hotel, przyjazny personel, dobre jedzenie i fantastyczny pokój na nartach. Specjalne wspomnienie dla Szabi za barem. Super pomocny i nic nie było zbyt wiele kłopotów. Mogłem być trochę hałas na zewnątrz w nocy, ale to jest cena, którą płacisz za centralną lokalizację, więc nie narzekaj. Z pewnością wrócimy."
