Good to stay here - professional and friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness, great location in a historical town. It is located at a 3-minute taxi ride away from the historical Safranbolu bazaar. Everything you would expect from a Hilton family hotel. They know how to make their guests comfortable and happy. We would certainly choose it again.

If you are thinking of staying in Safranbol, the best choice will be the best. The hotel Safranbol air makes you feel personal. We thank Mr Abdullah very much, very interested and lazy, helped with everything, and other workers were very helpful, very welcomed us. We had two nights of accommodation at a house temperature and it was hard to return. It's a clean place. You can only listen to your head by watching the view. The breakfast was enough and beautiful, we enjoyed it. The view is ideal for the tremendous and tourist places. You may prefer to do so, we were very happy as a couple and we suggested to everyone around us.

This truly is a family owned and operated business, starting with a personal welcome at check in. You leave your shoes downstairs, then walk up the stairs to your room. I got room #202, a large room with double bed and spare single, lots of space and great panoramic views over Safranbolu through the small window. Bathroom is small and basic, but adequate. If I had 1 negative it would be the very bad light in the room : 1 cold white ball hanging central from the ceiling, killing the charm of the authentic setting and making reading impossible. Breakfast starts late at 8am, but is deliciously freshly prepared by the lady of the house : sunny side up with tasty spices, cheese, some sort of rolled pancake, home-made jam and crispy bread. Location is not bad : easy walking down to center, but it's all the way back up returning and you may need a map to find it.

We stayed with my mother one day, there was no care and concern to us until we left our hotel. Murat Mr and his wife Selma Lady really are very good people. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is wonderful and so nutrient, even the evening tea enjoyment is very beautiful on the terrace. The view is perfect, especially from the terrace you can see all of Safranbolu. It is a lodging I can prefer without hesitation if I go to Safranbolu again ...

Son zamanlarda gittiğimiz en güzel en samimi işletmeydi. Konaktaki o tarihi yapıyo her şeyiyle hissettik. Covid dönemi oldukça hassas olduğu için gitmeden önce 2-3 hafta çok titizlikle araştırma sağlamıştık gördüm ki en doğru kararı vermişiz odaya girmeden önce dezenfekte işlemi sağlandı çok temizdi gönül rahatlığıyla kaldık. Çokta güzel bir bahçesi vardı kahvaltısı fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Ayrıca civarda gezilecek yerler konusunda da çok yardımcı oldular. Nurullah Bey ve Nurhan Hanım çok ilgiliydi. Kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. 3 gün konakladık ayrılırken bizim için sadece konaklama yaptığımız bir işletme değil buraya geldiğimizde uğrayacağımız bir kapımız oldular kendileriyle çok güzel bir bağ kurduk.. geldikçe kahve içmeye ziyaretlerine uğrayacağız. Huzurla geçireceğimiz bir tatile ihtiyacımız vardı fazlasıyla memnun kaldık. Herkese tereddüt duymadan tavsiye ederiz...

The delicious breakfast here has more or less appeased my angry experience (referred below). The downside was that something had nothing to do with accommodation: the boss recommended us on our first day of arrival to see the glass platforms and caves on the nearby mountains, and called the taxi driver who knew him. But the owner refused to tell us the price, and asked the driver to tell us that the driver drove out a long way to say the price. It was about the 2-hour package price of 1,000 lira fare (no watch). But the first attraction was not opened due to the power outage, and we stayed for 10 minutes for the second attraction. From getting in a taxi to getting out of the taxi, it took less than an hour, and the driver finally insisted on receiving 1,000 liras. Later, when I returned to the hotel, I told the boss about this. He also checked with the driver that these things did happen. He said that the driver received a high price. The local travel agency included a car guide meal and it was only 60 euros. He could not let his tenants be treated like this. I will definitely tell the driver that this thing will be given to me again. A reply, but he didn't mention this until the moment of check-out, I don't know what a blend between them.
