酒店位於downtown，近火車站，大型超市superstore 就在斜對面，還是蠻方便的～走去water front 大約1.5KM。

酒店在市區邊上，房間較大，裝修設施較陳舊老派中規中矩．周邊沒啥商業配套設施，需要開車出去，還好免費停車。

地理位置好，乾淨，舒適，房間大，距離downtown很近，就餐購物很方便。疫情期間早餐早餐點好後帶回房間吃。

The first thing that hit us was the strong perfume smell, it was in everything it was very over powering!, the only other thing was that there are no extractor fans in the bathroom? I have never been in a hotel bathroom where there was'nt one?. The humid air in the bathroom was so bad i nearly passed out as i have lung issues and these things affect me. When i contacted staff they said they would fix it that day but on my return from a full day in hospital, i found nothing done and when contacting the desk again was told that the ceiling vent was only that, a vent!! I checked out and went else where.

Liked the heated underground parking.
Disliked the cleanliness of my room. Stained hand towel in the bathroom. Piece of broken glass in the bedroom. Small rock in the living room, most likely from previous guests shoe. And many small hairs in the jetted tub. GROSS!

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is quite nice, plus it is immaculately clean. The next time I need to stay in Saint John, it will be here...no question.

There was an issue with the heating unit. Could not reach front desk this was at night however had to go down to desk at 3am to get help. Aside from this the room and staff were both fantastic!

Lovely hotel, great staff good breakfast with lots of options. Only issue was a car alarm went off different 3 times in the night, it was New Years Eve though which might explain it?

This has been the best hotel experience, from the check in to the check out. Everyone has been super nice and very pleasant to deal with. The breakfast was excellent, well prepared and looked after. The Christmas decorations were absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay again in the future.
