"The harbor-view room faces the commercial area, and you can see the harbor with just a turn of your head. At night, you can watch cruise ships turn around as they depart. The hotel is located on a commercial street, surrounded by old buildings, perfect for a half-day city walk. There's a small market at the cruise ship docking pier, and interesting graffiti everywhere. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful. Since we were traveling by car, Eric from the etiquette department assisted us with parking, luggage, and recommended nearby restaurants. They offer free valet parking; before leaving, we left our luggage at the front desk, went for a stroll, and when we returned, the hotel staff had already parked our car and loaded our luggage – so thoughtful! The hotel breakfast is at MIX in the mall, a standard buffet, but with fresh-cut fruit added compared to other hotels."

"Presented as a lovely boutique AirBnB type experience, it was exactly as stated. Right in the heart of uptown we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see; restaurants, shops, city market, and the Imperial Theatre. Our two suites each had fully appointed kitchens with morning coffee as well. We stated we could have lived there for an extended stay with ease. Ability to walk stairs was a must and was fine. Everything was extremely keen and ready upon arrival. We were assigned indoor parking conveniently directly across the street. Our sweet Ukrainian housekeeper was as pleasant as they come. We were pleased to see her given an opportunity for employment as a newcomer fleeing the war with her children, since we had hosted 10 women fleeing since 2022."

"The hotel is in a good location, with a gas station next to it and not far from the old town, within walking distance. There is a large parking lot and parking is convenient. Breakfast is also good, everything you need is included. The interior is clean and tidy, and the bed is quite comfortable, but there is no elevator! It’s really a headache to have a lot of luggage and no elevator!"
