Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal.
Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch empfehlenswert.
Teppichböden in den Zimmern, sollte heute nicht mehr sein - deshalb ein Punkt Abzug.
Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut.
Das Abendessen ebenfalls, allerdings preislich meiner Meinung nach zu hoch.
Bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt würde ich deshalb auswärts Essen gehen.

Zeer gastvriendelijk ontvangst. Mooi hotel met alle voorzieningen van een 4 sterren hotel o.a. Prachtig zwembad.
Grote ruime kamer met zeer mooie badkamer. Wij hadden ook nog de beschikking over een groot terras. Ook het uitzicht naar de bergen is formidabel. Kortom dit hotel is een aanrader.

We spent New Year's Eve in ST Moritz, at this beautiful and welcoming hotel. The gentleman at the reception was very kind, the rooms are nice and spacious, pleasant atmosphere. New Year's Eve dinner was a culinary delight. Thanks to the chefs. Very delicious and tasty food! Congratulations! We will definitely be back. Oh, I forgot, varied and very good breakfast!

Steel toe was good. We were with the group so everything was okay but the exceptional part was the service. We left behind our simple iPhone charger, and we called them up and they arranged to ship it out to us to Zurich just in time, very nicely packed and free of charge. This kind of service that makes people go back

An amazing staying, Mr Bruno is the best! The rooms are big the service is so kind and gentle. The location is perfect. The food is also good The pool is amazing, big and also the Jacuzzi is so nice

nous avions pris une chambre supérieure avec balcon ou terrasse. on nous a donné une chambre au rez de chaussée, avec vue latérale sur les garages et même en se penchant à la balustrade de la terrasse, on ne voyait la montagne qu'à travers de grands sapins. Nous avons voulu changer, mais ils ont refusé, plus de place. Nous avons donc passé 3 nuits avec les rideaux fermés puisque la vue était simplement horrible...le tout pour plus de 500 euros la nuit, c'est assez scandaleux. si on y ajoute que la bouteille d'eau n'était même pas renouvelée tous les jours, obligés d'en acheter une au bar le soir avant de regagner sa chambre, franchement c'est abuser. La piscine est sensée être réservée aux parents avec enfants entre 16h00 et 17h30, le reste du temps, le calme est demandé, ce qui est une utopie, les enfants jouant à toute heure....bref...décevant.

Wir sind nun zum Xten Mal ins Hotel Europa Champfer und wir fühlen uns wie zu Hause! Das Direktorenpaar gibt Herz und Blut, um ständig das Hotel zu renovieren. Ihr macht das ganz toll und wir freuen uns jedes Mal auf die Neuheiten ins Hotel! Das Restaurant La Vita wurde ganz neu renoviert und ist nun wunderschön, um ein feine Zmorgen oder Znacht mit Sicht auf den Bergen zu geniessen. Einige Zimmer sind neu, aber auch die alte sind wunderschön und gepflegt, und wir können die negative Kommentare bezüglich veraltet/gestank usw überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen, denn wir haben solche Probleme nie bemerkt. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Magda vom Restaurant La Vita bedanken! Sie war immer so aufmerksam und lieb mit uns und den Kindern, ein echte Highlight vom Tag! Vielen Dank auch an Gabor und Vivien von der Rezeption, ist immer so schön euch zu sehen und ihr seid so aufmerksam und lieb! Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder ins Europa Hotel und freuen uns auf euch alle! Danke für alles!

Grand hôtel comprenant plusieurs bâtiments, situé à Champfer, à 10min du centre de St Moritz. Certaines chambres ont une belle vues, mais pas la notre. Les bus publics viennent ici en 11 minutes depuis la gare de St Moritz. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec des lits assez mous et une salle de bain moderne. Le restaurant Steak&More est excellent pour les amateurs de viande et de vin rouge, et le buffet de petit déjeuner bien copieux. Le spa de taille moyenne est agréable en dehors des périodes de pointe.
