Żywność jest ok Kocham jednak Müsli. To jest bufeta Nie wiem nazwę jedzenia po prostu take lah to jest smaczne."

"The breakfast was superb! Coffee and tea aren't self-service; staff come to your table to take your order once you're seated. The hotel provides a St. Moritz area transport card, which covers train, bus, and cable car fares. This means the high transportation costs are essentially sponsored by the hotel, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😃 If you email the hotel your train arrival time in advance, they'll send a car to pick you up from the station. We had two meals at the hotel restaurant. While not cheap, the food was delicious and definitely worth recommending. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to St. Moritz."

"Zarezerwowaliśmy Randolins tylko na 1 noc, gdy wzięliśmy Glacier Express z St Moritz. recepcjonistka hotelowa miło czekała na nas ponad 10:00 czasu zamknięcia i pomogła się zameldować. Pokój był mały, ale czysty. Świeże powietrze z okna nie z klimatyzatora i wody pitnej z kranu jest coś brakujące w codziennym życiu. Łazienka była na korytarzu, ale nie było sąsiadów, więc było to wygodne i łatwe w użyciu. Powiedziałbym, że jest to wartość pieniędzy."

"The staff were lovely and always helpful, especially Sarah! What a gem! I was assigned a beautiful room. Location was central and the leisure walk to the main station is easy. The little downside was the fridge wasn't cold (for my medication) and the lack of a kettle. I could have mentioned that to the hotel but I wasn't very bothered."

Badrutt's Palace Hotel St Moritz
"The history and location are well documented. The service is less well-documented. Having stayed at 5 other hotels in St Moritz over the years, this is the worst in terms of price v service. This includes the Kempinski, Kulm, and other hotels that would not normally see themselves in the same category. Having raised concerns about the service and asked for resolutions and contact, I felt ignored, and in fact, virtually no effort was made to contact me over 2 days. Avoid the cocktail bar where you may have to wait a very long time to be served and may not even get any service at all - 90 min we waited for them to take a food order, which in the end they never took despite asking 3 times! Still don't know why - maybe they felt I needed to lose some weight! Breakfast similar sort of dismissive attitude. Terrible F&B service. The F&B manager, Mr Peters, did not address the issues, provided little support, and nothing was resolved. Overall, my impression was that the staff were not bothered about providing high-quality service, and as such, I would not stay there again or recommend it to others. There are other hotels with the same view but better service."

"Od check-in do check-out, pracownicy byli przyjazni i pomocni. Bardzo docenialiśmy zalecenie Davide na temat opcji wędrówek. Chociaż hotel znajduje się poza St. Moritz, odkryliśmy, że łatwo jest się przemieszczać w różnych częściach miasta przy użyciu podnoszenia foteli, gondol, funicular i autobusów publicznych (wszystkie z nich były komplementarne w czasie pobytu z powodu specjalnego gościa Engadin Mimo, że mieliśmy śliczny spacer z powrotem z ostatniej stacji autobusowej. Spodobało nam się śniadanie i pół-pokładowy obiad w hotelu, a wszystko było konsekwentnie świeże i dobrze przygotowane. Sam pokój był czysty i wygodny. Wykorzystaliśmy również wliczone obiekt wellness spa i byliśmy przyjemnie zaskoczeni, że nie jest wcale zatłoczony. Bardzo zaleca Berghotel Randolins na aktywny i położony pobyt w pobliżu St. Moritz."

"Steel toe was good. We were with the group so everything was okay but the exceptional part was the service. We left behind our simple iPhone charger, and we called them up and they arranged to ship it out to us to Zurich just in time, very nicely packed and free of charge. "The front desk and breakfast service were excellent, but the room cleanliness deserves zero points, practically a negative score. A terrible review is warranted – countless hairs were found on the sheets and pillowcases, making it almost impossible for us to sleep. We've never encountered such a disgusting hotel. We had to endure a sleepless night wearing our own clothes… We suspect the hotel didn't even change the sheets after the previous guest left! Hopefully, similar incidents won't happen again!"
