Mosquitoes/Bed Bugs. We were all bit terribly by Mosquitoes and/or Bed bugs. Upon complaining the landlady came to spray somethings which did not help. The next day we were all again bit by Mosquitoes and/or Bed bugs. The amenities are very poor. Used almost empty watered down hand soaps and Bath soap. Dish scrubber was used and left by previous occupants. No shampoo. The big apar**ent with 2 rooms has only 1 shower and one 1/2 bathroom, but is listed as 2 bathrooms. Washer, dryer is not in the unit but we were allowed to use in another unit as it was not occupied. Mosquito coils were provided but no case to use them. then We were said that we left burnt mark on their dish and our security deposit was used - the owner did not provide any picture evidence for the burnt mark.

This was a great spot to stay overlooking the harbor. The apar**ent was clean & comfortable. Next door was a much more expensive hotel with its restraunt which we used. We used taxis which were available instead of driving on the left side of the road & negotiating the narrow & steep streets. The owner was very cooperative and kind. If I return this may be my choice again.

Property owner contacted us 1 day before arriving saying they had to move us . We had prepaid for their gated community but instead was given this lesser unit. Lesser in cost, security and comfortability yet REFUSED - absolutely REFUSED to issue any kind of refund, stating they offered to make it right by buying us lunch. I recommend that you do NOT prepay, do NOT use ******* (will not fight for you), and use a credit card that you dispute the charge if you plan to stay here. My understanding is the couple owns multiple properties and would love to post a comment on each of them so potential vacationers are not taken advantage of like we were. St. Thomas is beautiful, but Ronita - property manager/owner, left a terrible impression.

The Little Indigo Apt #1 and #2 - there is only a window air conditioner in the bedroom. We stayed in Apt #1 and there was a miscommunication and the unit was not cleaned. They did finally get someone out to clean it at 9 pm. Again, only a window air conditioner in the bedroom so the living room, kitchen, and bathroom did not have any air conditioning. Lots of stairs; you go down several stairs (maybe 20) to get to Apt #2 and then you go down more stairs (maybe 10 more) to get to Apt #1. My aunt and uncle were in #2 and there was only air conditioning in the bedroom as well. There is a great view but that is all that is good about it.

property owner attempted to switch me to a lesser unit only EIGHT DAYS before my trip, claiming a "housing shortage" that caused a booking conflict. no other property seems to have experienced this "shortage"

The property was amazing. The host was amazing. She provided us with all the information we could ever need to have an amazing stay on the island. The views from little indigo were amazing. I have never stayed anywhere before with views like the ones there. The hotel next door had great food and it had easy access to all the beaches by car. Thank you all for an amazing trip.
