"Check-in Delays: Upon arrival, we were met with a very slow check-in process that resulted in a 30-minute wait, which was an exhausting start to our vacation. Failed Special Request: We had specifically coordinated with a staff member named Jaaziel to arrange a birthday cake for my daughter. Despite providing all necessary details including flavor and timing and two days later, we discovered that the order had never been placed with the bakery. No Follow-up: At 4:00 PM, we were told the staff would "see what they could do." We waited an hour for an update, only to be told they would call us back by 8:00 PM. That follow-up call never happened, nor did we receive any apology or acknowledgment for the breakdown in communication."

"The Island View Guesthouse is a hidden gem overlooking Charlotte Amelia! The rooms were quiet, clean and well appointed! The food was amazing and eating al fresco overlooking the water was so special! Marshall, Libby and Randall were so welcoming and gave us such great service!"

"Rodzina 4 z 2 chłopców wiekowych i zarezerwowała 2 sypialnie. Była dość przestronne i wspaniałe widoki z 5 piętra na górnym budynku (St John’s Bldg). Kuchnia miała mikrofalówkę, kuchenka kawy, piekarnik, zmywarkę naczyń, pełną lodówkę i kuchenka. Mieli również grilli gazowe do użytku. Dotarcie do plaży wzięło 3 windy, ale po dotarciu tam widoki były świetne. Plaża była mała, ale prywatne i spędziliśmy większość czasu tam. Mają 3 pływające maty zakotwiczone w łodzi. Snorkeling po prawej stronie hotelu miała ładną koral z kilkoma rybami. basen patrzy na plażę. Nie było zatłoczone i doceniłem, że nie musiałem wstać wcześnie, aby uzyskać dobre miejsce. Nie interakcjonował z personelem tyle, ale kiedy to zrobiłem, byli bardzo przyjaźni. Na pewno wracam i zostaję tam ponownie."

"Clean room with basic amenities comfortable and easy access for transportation to wherever you want to go! The All Inclusive package is a great value for a short stay. Service is good and the food is good with plenty to choose from the menu. The beach is nice with very easy access and water sports available, such as kayak, paddle boarding and small sailboat. There are scheduled boat trips for you to choose from for day trips and sunset cruise. A pleasant stay to rest and relax while enjoying the tropical sunshine and beautiful vistas."
