The hotel is well placed in the centre of the city near New bus stand (~2.5 km). They control the booking of rooms on weekends and in a way take advantage of your urgency by making you book suite room (they make sure that full payment is done, paying a partial booking amount is not enough for them) even though other ordinary rooms may be available. The complimentary breakfast was less than average. The presence of continental dishes is for name sake. The AC in suite rooms are not effective, just make sure before you check in. I was not happy with the way security behave with you, especially for parking.

We had dinner on 1st July 23, the food was so authentic & tasty. One must visit the place to taste food. Pepper mushroom deserves 5star. Food preparation took little longer than expected. however, the taste of food makes it worthy waiting.

We had our school reunion here at Ratna Residency. It was a perfect choice . From food to hospitality everything was top class. They are very accomadative and friendly, which made our reunion our grand success. ,,10/10 for everything.

Front office and restaurant staffs are polite and patient, rooms are very neat and clean , over all very good property for stay , only one issue, complementary water bottle providing local brand , but billable water bottle is Branded ,

Staff are untrained and and ignorent . They themselves are complaining that they are understaffed. Restaurant is closed. No good restaurent nearbyRoom service food horrible .They do not care of complaints. Very Family and senior unfriendly. No partition between dry and wet areas in the bathrooms. After one finishes bath the bath room is totally wet The next person may slip and fall . The internet is very weak. The ***ager is indifferent. For the price you pay it is worthless. TKJagannathan

The reception QUIETLY CHANGE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST TO SINGLE OCCUPANCY...SAVING 400 RS........how stupid and cheep........ so i decided to GIVE BACK MY 1 COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST BACK....SO HE CAN ADD his PROFIT 600 RUPEE MAINTENANCE 2) BED makes POOR sound went i turn...was scared if it will break, AC was not working instead of fixing they switched fan.
