The hotel is a little further to the west in Redlands. The surroundings are very quiet, not far from Route 10. It only took me an hour or 15 minutes to drive to Santa Monica. It is really comfortable to sleep, that is, there are two bottles of water from staying to leaving! A bit stingy. To be honest, I do n’t like LA very much, there are a lot of things to eat, drink and play, just a little less nostalgia. The hotel's value for money is still very high, compared to more than a thousand motels, I think it is still good

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The staff in their house are very kind and enthusiastic. There does not seem to be a twin room. Only a large bed, with a foldable sofa bed. But the quality of the sofa bed is not good and it is difficult to sleep. It is not a person who needs to be cautious about booking. Breakfast and happy hour on weekdays are standard for this brand hotel, and it’s okay! There are openers, Panda Restaurant, and many western restaurants nearby. Eating is relatively convenient!

The kitchen that was the main reason I book this hotel, and she didn’t disappoint. I had everything I needed ! I loved the complimentary dinner and breakfast offered (dinner mon-wed I believe) also the laundry room. The parking was awful haha but no complaints here luckily everything else outshined that also the front desk woman was very sweet and made me feel comfortable I wish I could remember her name but I know her last name was 3 letters long :

The state was wonderful the parking could’ve been a little bit better, but I know they worked with what they had. Everything was still under construction so I know it’s going to be grand afterwards. This is not a hotel. The rooms are disgusting. The doors don’t work, the rooms are falling apart, they smell horrible and bed sheets are disgusting. Suspicious characters all over the area, dude smoking pot right outside the room. The front desk agents are kind and helpful, but they are working under abhorrent conditions, they should get a raise. Management needs to shut down operations and do a full renovation. Needless to say I got my money back and ran in the opposite direction.

I don’t even know where to start. From the minute I got there I was afraid my car was going to be broken into. I understand that you get what you pay for, but I stayed in the room for all of 20 minutes before I decided to take the $60 loss and go find a Hilton. Something is going on, because this place has more positive reviews on Hotwire and trip adviser than it should. I was disgusted. There were junkies everywhere, and my window had no blinds, and was boarded from the outside. I've never seen anything like it. The other side of the window was a storage closet, and there was a crack under the board that I felt like someone was watching me through. Someone else complained about literally the same exact room on yelp a week before I stayed there. How do you let a week go by with something like that and not fix it? Like something out of a horror movie. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else.

I am currently at my stay at Fairfield Inn in San Bernardino for the AYSO Section 1 tournament. I am a regular at Marriott properties but this was my first visit to a Fairmont. The hotel itself is old and dated. You walk in and feel like you've time traveled to the 80s. The room we booked was advertised to sleep 3 people. One of the beds is a pull-out sofa, which I know is already not perfect, but this property made it even worse. The mattress on the pull-out is old, stained, and the metal coils are nearly bare. I asked twice for linens for the pull-out was handed sheets. I asked a third time and got pillows. We finally went to the lobby for a blanket. For the same price, or lower, you can stay at a recently remodeled Homewood Suites across the street with comfortable beds, modern furnishing, and nice-smelling soaps.

The hotel is rundown and should not cost the price one pays. Breakfast is poor. It’s not a full breakfast. No pool no hot tub no computer area and no eating outside on a patio. The pictures of the property are very deceiving as well as the beds are hard with very old linen and sheet as your bedspread. Water stains in the ceiling. No Managers on duty. No accountability. I called and they said there was nothing they could do because no manager was on duty. They did not make my stay right even after I called Best Western Customer Care. Next is the health department with a hot tub with brown water with everything under sun floating in it. Don’t wast your time or money. I’m debating on going to a chain of hotels I can no longer trust. I might have to cross this off my list. I do hotel ratings for my business. 30 years of customer service and doing audits.

(Seriously, is that legal - and do they have a problem with people overstating their reservation in this sewer of a motel). No sheets on the bed, the TV didn’t work, and it’s in the worst area. The warning on the room key sleeve says it all. It must be owned by a slumlord who occasionally writes his own favorable reviews on Trip Advisor.

Nobody reads the one star reviews, but this is truly a one star dump of a hotel. At check-in, the clerk wanted to keep my driver’s license to make sure I checked out the next morning. Like hell. (Seriously, is that legal - and do they have a problem with people overstating their reservation in this sewer of a motel). No sheets on the bed, the TV didn’t work, and it’s in the worst area. The warning on the room key sleeve says it all. It must be owned by a slumlord who occasionally writes his own favorable reviews on Trip Advisor.

The state was wonderful the parking could’ve been a little bit better, but I know they worked with what they had. Everything was still under construction so I know it’s going to be grand afterwards. The inside was beautiful the room was clean everything was talk nicely I couldn’t have asked for anything to be more perfect gorgeous room bathroom and kitchen.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The staff in their house are very kind and enthusiastic. There does not seem to be a twin room. Only a large bed, with a foldable sofa bed. But the quality of the sofa bed is not good and it is difficult to sleep. It is not a person who needs to be cautious about booking. Breakfast and happy hour on weekdays are standard for this brand hotel, and it’s okay! There are openers, Panda Restaurant, and many western restaurants nearby. Eating is relatively convenient!

The parking was awful haha but no complaints here luckily everything else outshined that also the front desk woman was very sweet and made me feel comfortable I wish I could remember her name but I know her last name was 3 letters long :

Rooms were very clean but in my opinion price is a lil to high. They do have a gym onsite but no swimming pool. Also during my stay they had no hot breakfast only the grab and muffins, apple juice, fruit cups, cereal but no milk. Over all the area is very convenient lots of places to eat that are walking distance. Also freeway on and off ramp are less than a mile away.

I am currently at my stay at Fairfield Inn in San Bernardino for the AYSO Section 1 tournament. I am a regular at Marriott properties but this was my first visit to a Fairmont. The hotel itself is old and dated. You walk in and feel like you've time traveled to the 80s. The room we booked was advertised to sleep 3 people. One of the beds is a pull-out sofa, which I know is already not perfect, but this property made it even worse. The mattress on the pull-out is old, stained, and the metal coils are nearly bare. I asked twice for linens for the pull-out was handed sheets. I asked a third time and got pillows. We finally went to the lobby for a blanket. For the same price, or lower, you can stay at a recently remodeled Homewood Suites across the street with comfortable beds, modern furnishing, and nice-smelling soaps.

The hotel is a little further to the west in Redlands. The surroundings are very quiet, not far from Route 10. It only took me an hour or 15 minutes to drive to Santa Monica. It is really comfortable to sleep, that is, there are two bottles of water from staying to leaving! A bit stingy. To be honest, I do n’t like LA very much, there are a lot of things to eat, drink and play, just a little less nostalgia. The hotel's value for money is still very high, compared to more than a thousand motels, I think it is still good

Highly recommended for peaceful stay! Happy with the cleanliness everywhere which made the stay comfortable, complete hotel staff has lovely gesture which definitely adds up to the comfort. Breakfast buffet is nice and the way it was served was even better. The hotel is not far away from all temples, E-rickshaws are easily accesible from the hotel.
