"I’m writing this from my terrace on the 5th floor, overlooking the pool. My family and I, 5 adults, have really enjoyed spending a week at this hotel. I was initially worried after reading some of the reviews, however our experience has been wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the guest rooms extremely comfortable with amazing beds and fabulous bathrooms - with a bath and separate shower cubicle - bath salts provided. When we arrived my son and nephew had been given a room with a huge bed to share. This was quickly rectified and they were moved to a twin room - both beds double. The staff have all been welcoming and professional, especially Maria at breakfast and Elan at dinner at El Faro. However all the staff have been great. Breakfast choice is extremely good with an egg station for omelets etc. We’ve enjoyed lunch at the poolside restaurant too. Dinner at both restaurants has been great with attentive staff and great food. The sun loungers have been plentiful towards the end of the week, there were issues with not enough, but more arrived on Thursday. My only quibble is the lack of a hotel bar that is both visible and open beyond 10pm. The lobby is very nice but an actual bar would be better. I didn’t visit the gym or the spa, but three of my family played both golf courses and said both were fantastic, particularly the Links course. The hotel is fairly remote, a taxi to Sotogrande was €30 each way. I took a stroll to Alcaidesa which took 20 mins, it’s quite pretty but not a lot in the way of restaurants or bars. One highlight of the week was the lavish party thrown by the hotel on Wednesday to kick off the summer season. Great fun! I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a bit of luxury in the sun."

"I have not stayed at the hotel but go there most days for breakfast. For 15€ a sumptuous choice of cooked "full English" , healthy avocado, salmon, chicken, fresh salad items, cheeses, hams, tea, coffee, pastries and toast. The staff are very friendly and efficient making each visit a pleasure."

"Pobyliśmy w hotelu MiM na 02/03/26, aby świętować naszą rocznicę, a od chwili przybycia, to było czyste doskonałość. Miło było nas przywitać uroczy Pascal, który szybko nas sprawdzał i dostarczył najniesamowitszą niespodziankę byliśmy uaktualnione z apartamentu widokowego, który pierwotnie zarezerwowałem do apartamentu MESSI. I wow... jaki był niezwykły apartament. Uwaga na szczegóły była absolutnie druga dla nikogo. Każdy kąt odzwierciedlał luksus, styl i myślenie. Zespół wykonał niesamowitą pracę z tym hotelem jest elegancki, nowoczesny i bez wysiłku luksusowy. Naprawdę nie chciałyśmy wyjechać. Od początku do końca, czuliśmy się całkowicie opiekowani, i to sprawiło, że nasza rocznica była jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowa. Dziękuję za uczynienie go tak niezapomnianym. Spotkaliśmy się również w restauracji Hincha i miał tak fantastyczny wieczór. Jedzenie było naprawdę z tego świata, a pracownicy restauracji byli tak samo wspaniali czujni, przyjaźni i profesjonalni. To był idealny sposób na zakończenie pięknego pobytu. Już liczymy dni do naszej następnej wizyty."
