"Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo czysty hotel i naprawdę troskliwy personel. Wybraliśmy opcję z dwoma posiłkami. Śniadanie jest bardzo urozmaicone, z wyborem dań na słono i słodko, w tym ciast, świeżo krojonych owoców, serów itp., a obsługa jest doskonała; do stolika donoszona jest kawa, która jest bardzo dobra. Kolacja jest zaskakująca, godna restauracji gourmet: niespodzianka od szefa kuchni na początek posiłku, a następnie pyszna przystawka, danie główne i deser. Kelnerzy są bardzo uważni, wyjaśniają dania i można liczyć na to, że poproszą szefa kuchni o zmianę, jeśli któryś ze składników nie przypadnie Państwu do gustu. Ich motto to: nie ma problemu, zrobimy wszystko, żeby Państwa zadowolić. Szczerze mówiąc, jeśli chodzi o obsługę i personel, hotel zasługuje na więcej niż 3 gwiazdki. Bardzo to doceniamy, dziękujemy całemu personelowi!"

"Me and my friend had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Very convenient location to everything we needed without having a car. We were able to see the sunrise and sunset at La Cinta, exploring beaches around Sun Teodoro with local bus, and strolling to the city center around 10-15 min by foot. But the highlight of our stay was the hospitality and family vibe of this hotel. Very good breakfast and dinner with outstanding service. We were treated as royalty. Thank you very much to Georgio, Chiara and all Sandalyon team for making our vacation memorable. Will definitely come back. Grazie mille!"

"A lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff, nice food, close to the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants, pleasant and safe area to visit. But there is a but, we have been here for 2weeks, and rubbish in the streets is an eyesore it let's the area down, if I was a litter picker I would make a living out of people's rubbish. So if you don't mind seeing rubbish in the streets come here you'll love the place."

Terradimare Resort&Spa ★★★

"4 star resort if you’re staying in any other room but the apartment. Our room (105) became infested with flying ants and termites on our last night of the trip. Front desk provided us bug spray to deal with the bugs but they kept coming. It was impossible to locate the entry point because there were so many of them. We had to have the kids sleep in our room as I didn’t want them where we had to use the bug spray. On the second night of our trip, the electricity went out in our room and it activated the emergency lights throughout the apartment at 0200. Not the best way to wake up. This was weird as the air conditioner continued to run so at least that was a good thing. I went to the front desk to complain and realized that it had affected the whole hotel as all the other guests were either standing outside their hotel room and the front lobby was packed. Receptionist said it was a problem in the city not caused by them but the street lights and neighboring houses had power and the AC was still running so not sure how you talk that one down. As compensation, they took 20€ off the breakfasts that weren’t included in the hotel apartment booking and gave me a 12 o’clock late checkout from the standard 10am. This hotel is still one of my favorites but selecting that apartment was a bad move. It’s very spartan, does not come with room cleaning but that’s all stated up front when you book. It’s good for a family of 4 to spread out in and we had a terrace to dry off all our beach things after a day out in the sun. Breakfast buffet is good. Also I remember from our first trip the receptionist would provide a map of the neighboring beaches and a code to get a discount for the reservation only beaches. This time I had to ask about it but the receptionist did get us the map and the code after requesting it. It would be cool to provide this to every guest as they checked-in, and for them not to ask about it because this is good information to have."
