위치가 굉장히 좋습니다. 버스 트레인스테이션이 길건너에 있습니다 주변 즐길 거리도 많습니다 걸어서 해변까지 금방이고 주변에 명소들이 대부분 위치합니다. 직원들이 모두 친절하고 진심으로 도움을 주려고 합니다

위치빼고 그다지 매력적인 호텔은 아닙니다 로비 정말 조그만하고 호텔자체도 너무 작은 느낌이에요 다만 바로 앞에 기차역, 수퍼, 식당 다 있어서 접근성하나는 최고입니다 접근성때문에 가격이 은근히 비싼듯합니다

Buena ubicación si viajes en tren ya que esta pegado a la estación de renfe pero un poco lejos si tu prioridad es la playa

This was a lovely stay at the end of our Camino Del Norte adventure. The room was spotless, linen lush and bathroom well-appointed. The welcome from the female receptionist was warm and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the area was well looked after by the staff. The hotel’s location is also excellent. It backs onto the Main Street and there’s an array of restaurants from 8pm onwards open. The bus station and train station are literally outside so you can get easy access back to Bilbao if you are flying out of there. Just ensure you book your ticket on the bus early as we assumed that there would be available seats and there were not.

The hotel is in a good location for bus and train services. They really need to pull up the carpet as this makes the room feel very dirty and dusty.

The staff on the desk were exceptionally friendly. The room wasn't the best we've had but it was comfortable and clean. The beds were so comfortable. Aircon was a bonus. The location of the hotel is perfect. It can be a bit noisy as its right on the doorstep of the bus station. It doesn't take long to get used to the noise.

The attention of the reception staff was always very good, like that of Maria and Fernando, but not so with the lady at night who was unpleasant. And the super star Loli, the room maid who treated you with so much affection that she seemed like a mother's care. Improve the rooms, you can see the doors and windows that need remodeling. Great location at the center of Santander

The room was comfortable and clean. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely lots to chose from.
Would definitely stay again.
