"A fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. The foyer to the hotel is large and inviting, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is just a 1 minute walk to the beach/sea front and there are lots of restaurants & bars very close by. The walk from the bay to the city centre is amazing along the beautifully clean and scenic promenade. All in all a VERY enjoyable stay. I will be back!!"

Access and parking was easy. The restaurant/cafeteria/bar was busy but not crowded. It’s obviously popular with locals as well as guests. The food was good with generous portions. The prices reasonable. We will be staying here again, it’s our new favourite for Santander."

"Just stayed for one night, was very close to ports. Short drive to city town and beaches. Could take bus 1 or 2 into town, parking is very hard to find. The hotel had a nice style to it they serve breakfast for a fee, and offer restaurant food all day. Our room was stuffy when we walked in A/C thermometer was on 24c so we went down stairs and in 5 mins our room was changed with no issues. We also arrived early and had no issues getting our room. The room are very clean and comfortable. Staff super professional and friendly."

Zauważyliśmy, że kwiaty na zewnątrz były połowę martwe i zalane w wodzie, krzesła na tarasie na zewnątrz wyglądały na odrzucone i brudne. Ogólne uczucie zaniedbania o to miejsce. Czyściciele zmienili pościel i ręczniki codziennie, ale całe miejsce potrzebuje inwestowania w lepsze wyposażenie kuchni, materac i wyposażenie."

"We picked this hotel due to its location to the Palacio de Deportes, as our daughter was competing at the Rhythmic Gymnastics championships, and we wanted to be within walking distance so we didn’t have to worry about early morning traffic. The location was great. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We paid for parking which was useful and easy, with easy access into the hotel. We had a family suite, which was more than enough space for 2 adults and 2 teens (12 & 14). The room was spacious even with the two sofa beds out, and the separate bedroom was also a good size. Beds were comfortable, bathroom more than adequate. Breakfast was also fine, and plentiful. The only downsides to this hotel were the musty old smell that hit you as soon as you came through the main doors, and carried through the hotel. We were on the second floor and it was very strong there too. The rooms were hot, it was early May and the cooling system wasn’t affective at all. If we needed to be in this location again for the sports arena, we would be happy to stay here. The walk to the beach was short, and the park area on the otherwise of the palacio de deportes was lovely for a walk."
