Playas de Liencres - Hotel & Apartamentos

The location is good, near the beaches and easy to reach by car. The rooms, renovated, are big enough but barely furnished and no decoration at all. It is not dirty but the cleaning service is minimum. The kitchenette has kitchenware but it is badly designed with not enough space to store food. Small fridge with freezing department. The beds are comfy but the pillows are awful, long old fashion sponged filled, very hard. The staff is very kind but not enough to attend when hotel is full. They have entertainment for children on daily basis and instead of doing it in the underground floor, they put music and games in the middle of the atrium and so all the rooms are noisy until after dinner families go back to their rooms. We were in superior rooms, with balcony and nice view to the mountain and the sea, but the noise of the children and -days later- of some groups improvising dance with their mobile's music was very annoying. Another problem is that early morning the water pressure doesn't reach the third floor until breakfast is over and having a individual electric water heater for each apartment is not enough for 4 people that can occupy them. They have one outdoors and one indoors swimming pool. the later is so small that we can barely be 4 or 5 people, but they admit 18 people at once! They have buffet for breakfast and dinner, good price, not sophisticated but good enough quality. In summary, it is a good place only for families middle-low class with small children and for groups, not for couples and not for seniors.

Absolutely beautiful, modern and super clean apartment. The property seems new and very well taken care of with wonderful facilities. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. I was treated well by them and they took great care of me. What ruined my trip was the torturous noise from the moment I checked in. The place was full of school trips and the students all behaved like animals. They were noisy and completely disrespectful of anyone else staying in the building. It continued every single night until very early into the morning. It wasn’t just a bit of noise, it was absolutely unbearable and even with ear plugs it was too much!! It completely ruined my trip and sadly I wouldn’t ever stay here again, as much as really loved the apartment.

El sitio es tranquilo, tiene unas vistas muy chulas, al otro lado esta la piscina al aire libre, tiene una piscina cubierta. Apartamentos, que son para 4 personas y esta muy bien, tiene una habitacion, sofa cama. La cocina es sencilla pero mas que suficiente, no tiene lavadora pero tienen un sitio para lavar y secar la ropa y un pequeño supermercado que tiene de todo. Hemos cogido media pension, bufet, el desayuno de todo y la cena, variado y casero. Para repetir

La zona es muy tranquila aunque está al lado de la carretera. He visto quejas de la limpieza, instalaciones..etc, pero en nuestro caso la limpieza era correctisima, la habitación amplia(sin a/a pero creo que por su clima no lo necesitan). Tema desayuno/comida/cena el buffet pequeño pero variado y con rincon de comida para los mas pequeños. La unica pega que le pondria es la piscina interior que no creo que esté aclimatada a la temperatura que dicen, estaba helada!. El personal muy amable y atento

Bastante normalito. El personal muy amable. En el baño había hormigas. Piscina interior y exterior aceptable. Desayuno y cena escaso. Para ir con niños bien. Parking fuera y cerca del hotel. Situado en una urbanización por lo que no hay nada por los alrededores.

Limpieza pésima, armario pequeño no vale para mas de 2 personas, postres escasísimos, la comida escasa, te dicen q te recojas los platos, en mitad de la nada. Resumiendo no volveré, no recomendable. A pesar de la mala dirección del hotel el personal muy amable.

Cuidado con reservar a través de su web porque no recibiréis ningún mensaje con antelación para confirmar dicha reserva o para cancelar y rápidamente te cobran un día .No sé ponen en contacto con el cliente.

Creemos que es insuficiente lo que ofrecen en relación a lo abonado. Solo tienen aire acondicionado las habitaciones más caras del lugar, dicho por la persona recepcionista. No me había pasado nunca. No me quiero imaginar con 35°, por suerte hacen 22°. Dormimos de noche con las ventanas abiertas en un bajo con jardín. Pero sobre todo, la limpieza es imprescindible en cualquier negocio. Aquí es prácticamente nula. No había visto un lugar tan sucio. En la habitación, sí mueves un sofá encuentras recuerdos de otros huéspedes de todo tipo. En la piscina interior (por eso vinimos dado el pronóstico para Cantabria) hay toda la suciedad que puedas imaginar. Adjunto fotografías. Otros datos menos relevantes, como durante nuestra estancia llueve y debe ser excepcional en Cantabria vaya, tienen muy pocas mesas para el desayuno, el resto están en una terraza descubierta. Entonces, teniéndolo pagado, dicen que están saturados y que no saben si podemos desayunar .. los trabajadores saturados y sonríen cuando pueden. En general, no volvería. Decepcionante. No me quejo salvo que sea algo tan grave.

Hotel para ir con niños. Junto salida autopista. Tiene restaurante y desayuno que no corresponde con precio habitaciones (muy caro en verano). Solo ir con niños. Hay show niños hasta las 22h. La cafeteria es curiosa. Hay billar. Futbolin. Terraza.
