It was perfect. Attendance note 1000, breakfast very capricious and rich in varieties of fruits, breads, milk, coffees, cold cuts ... etc .. perfect cleaning, perfect accommodation, air conditioning in perfect condition, bathroom also perfect. I just miss the pool, because it was closed, but I could use the pool in the building next door, which did not have the same conditions as the Hotel, but all attentive tbm..super mega recommend !! We are here as I write. We are enjoying our stay so much that I even asked VITOR PEREIRA, manager, how else (besides Trip Advisor) I could acknowledge the great service, their attention and kindness, and their prompt reply to every request we made. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Particularly, Vitor and Matheus (from the reception) have been exceptionally kind. We were going to stay one night and decided to make it three. The room is large, clean, and comfortable. The towels are super new. The pool is amazing. And the location is perfect.

The hotel is good but well disorganized, staff do what they can but needs a lot of maintenance. Although all rooms are of the same size, they all vary as the decor and items available, excellent breakfast, small swimming pool and amazing views. The worst negative point for my family was the disorganization of the booking management, we paid the value of stays months before hosting, because it was in the period of the reveillon, at the arrival the reception did not inform that the booking had not been paid, My sister had a copy of the evidence and let us go up. In the checkout the same distressing situation happened, the receptionist did not find the booking payment and said the hotel was not available on the platform we used to book. It was all right at the end, but no one likes to pass through this kind of constraint.

This time, my note will be reduced if compared to other times I hosted, because I found myself in the bedroom during my entire stay. The breakfast is still good, but it was a good time, and the receptionists and staff are excellent.

We have stayed at Comfort Santos for about 1 month, from April to May, waiting to board our vessel, so we’d like to thank for all the good services which were duly provided during our staying at the hotel. They have excellent procedures regarding the protection against Covid-19, thus we felt very safe and comfortable during our time over there. The staff is outstanding, very polite and helpful in any means I could possibly say, however, we’d like to highlight our newest Brazilian Friend - Mr Winner - for all the care, patience, awesome spoken english and kindness he had with us. Basic couple room 06 January 2020 with special promotion for mobile phone. Positive points : - Simpath staff care. - Parking with manobrist and quick vacation in front of the hotel. - Recent elevator. - Common area on 7th floor with a beautiful view of the beach. - Simple breakfast but well served with cold and hot drinks, cakes, bread, fruit and other accompagnements such as butter, jelly etc ... Strict the belts: Wifi only at the reception that has no place to sit. In common areas we have the impression of being on the walking dead. A bunker closed with dark or painted windows. A TV cable appearing and poorly fixed by all the walls. The elevator camera with wire fitted. The finish of the walls and floors. Room in the same style with a chloro-odore, when we open the door, it seems that insects will run away. Be careful not to shake your feet in a china if you have the courage to walk down. If you open the gardens, you breathe kilos of acaros and you face the neighbor of the other building. We had to take anti-allergic drugs. In the bathroom, the old mirror is so low that we have to sting. The shower is exotic, the hot water tower has a kind of stick from the shower column that pins without stop, and when we open, it makes a noise q looks q will crash in our head. You've seen the swimming pool no. We have to keep on constantly (Hawaii). We were ”supporting” until we need to use the toilet with that bad quality table, like a coat that doesn't go to the place, we have to sit side and without being able to move. When vc thinks q has given everything right the q vc does ... but “surprise!” does not have download pressure, even a little paper is rolling but does not fall, imagine the rest! I had q to pick up the waste ball and fill water (q was already wet - someone did the same) so can download! I went immediately to book another hotel with 4G because the ”free-wifi” works only in the pro receptionist reception can make account q works. The reservation of this hotel at booking.com was from 06 to 08, without cancellation option. It was so bad q we took the loss and went to another hotel of an international group with the same star rating passed the 2nd night, from 07 to 08 January. It was like to get out of a nightmare and return pro normal world

Very well located on Gonzaga beach, with many restaurant and entertainment options nearby. Also provides easy access to the main roads leading to other beaches such as those off the North Coast (~1.5h away). Only downside is the parking, which is a separate company from the hotel. It is a valet parking, so it can be quite time consuming during peak hours such as ~9AM, when the guests at both Ibis and Mercure are leaving to the beach. Waiting time to pay for the parking and receiving your car can easily reach 30min.

Attendance note 1000, breakfast very capricious and rich in varieties of fruits, breads, milk, coffees, cold cuts ... etc .. perfect cleaning, perfect accommodation, air conditioning in perfect condition, bathroom also perfect. I just miss the pool, because it was closed, but I could use the pool in the building next door, which did not have the same conditions as the Hotel, but all attentive tbm..super mega recommend !! I spent only one night because I went to visit the homogeneous look that is very close. The breakfast is good and varied, but I did not see natural juice or detox. The hotel has a comfortable bed that doesn't make noise when moving. Very frequented by workers with their uniforms, some already with their bags eating fast in the morning.

Breakfast is good (payment part) Third-priced parking, however, fair price and is worth 24 hours, i.e. vc can check out and continue with car parked there. Negative points:Small room without freezer but very clean,a very small coffee restaurant,which causes some congestion.

Very well located on Gonzaga beach, with many restaurant and entertainment options nearby. Also provides easy access to the main roads leading to other beaches such as those off the North Coast (~1.5h away). Only downside is the parking, which is a separate company from the hotel. It is a valet parking, so it can be quite time consuming during peak hours such as ~9AM, when the guests at both Ibis and Mercure are leaving to the beach. Waiting time to pay for the parking and receiving your car can easily reach 30min.

The hotel is good but well disorganized, staff do what they can but needs a lot of maintenance. Although all rooms are of the same size, they all vary as the decor and items available, excellent breakfast, small swimming pool and amazing views. The worst negative point for my family was the disorganization of the booking management, we paid the value of stays months before hosting, because it was in the period of the reveillon, at the arrival the reception did not inform that the booking had not been paid, My sister had a copy of the evidence and let us go up. In the checkout the same distressing situation happened, the receptionist did not find the booking payment and said the hotel was not available on the platform we used to book. It was all right at the end, but no one likes to pass through this kind of constraint.
