Atlantis Sanya

Very pleasant holiday in Sanya with 2 days stay in Atlantis. Very good service and especially Dikshya who help us during our stay, and solve many problem for us. Room are clean and very good view. Water park are just 2 minutes walk from hotel.

This is our second time stay at Atlantis, was truly memorable, especially for our children. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the magnificent water park, which offered endless fun and excitement for our little one. The various water slides and interactive play areas kept our child engaged and smiling throughout the day. Moreover, the opportunity to take photos with dolphins was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that our child cherishes. The dolphins were friendly and playful, making for a truly magical moment. The service provided by the staff at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and sincerity by stuff Simran. She always eager to assist us with any needs or requests, and her smile and attentive service made us feel like valued guests. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to families with children. The water park, dolphin encounters, and exceptional service provided by the staff created an unforgettable experience for our entire family.

This hotel satisfied me greatly this year as well as last year. Especially, thanks to Mr.Arif's service, we were able to have a great time throughout the stay. He checked everything we needed every day. The crab fishing activities on the beach with the staff were also fun. All the staff are kind. It's perfect!!

Aquarium and waterpark are amazing. Especially those slides in the waterpark are so exciting. We were glad that we chose Atlantis in Sanya as we had butler, Simran during our stay. She provided us with little gift and personalised service. We really appreciate her kind assistance.

Room was perfect for family with two kids. The butler (Dikshya Kunwar) was also very helpful and informative. Check-in process is smooth and swift. We were guided by Dikshya to our room and she gives us an overview of the facilities. There are two breakfast area offering wide spread of International cuisine. The place is spacious and the food are constantly replenish. The distance from hotel to beach and water park is just a short walk. The water park has few slides that suits children for all ages. Overall, a pleasant stay at Atlantis,Sanya. Thank you for hosting us.

Our stay at The Atlantis Sanya was by far the best because of their top notch services . We were received and attended to by the lovely Miss Dikshya Kunwar who ensured that we were all smiles the whole time. She went out of her way to help me decorate our room for my partner’s birthday and even brought us a complementary fruit basket, a birthday cake & Atlantis souvenirs. There are tons of fun activities to try out, with the Waterpark & the Aquarium being our favorite ones. The live band by the pool was also amazing. The food was delicious, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet where we had plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed dining at Gordon Ramsey’s Kitchen & Bar.
