Tianze Beach Resort

Old building, room is big, clean and location is convenient. Air conditioner in one of the room was not working but got it repaired promptly. Second day power tripped and the staff attended to promptly. Very friendly staffs and have good experience.

Great location of the hotel right in the heart of the city. across the street there is a beach. Hotel has it's own swimming pool for kids and adoults. Good hotel service,good size of apartments, eating and drinking is very convenient, there is very good Quality Italian restaurant right next to the hotel as well as nice chinesse restaurant with nice choice of fruit juices. You can easly get fresh fruits coconut watter nearby. Few minutes by walk there is big shopping mall with big indoor playground for kids. I highly recomend that place good value for money :)

I stayed here with my family, it's a very old hotel, old rooms, terrible smell of sewage in the bathrooms. There is no kitchen, there are no pots, plates and glasses, there are no wardrobes I had booked for a week But after three days we ran away. Even if we changed rooms, the smell of sewage remained. The primary responsibility lies with Trip. Com. He should make sure of what he promotes on his website. I do not recommend this hotel.

Cheap place to stay on the bay. Decent pool. Very close to big supermarket

We don’t recommend staying in this hotel. Place is very dirty and the rooms are badly furnished. The hotel robes were smelly and dirty, someone wore them earlier- we found the lighter in the pockets. The doors don’t close properly, furniture is very old and needs to be renewed.generally the area is for old people, they dance and sing loudly right from 5 o’clock in the morning till late afternoon. The beach is nice, but the water ski drivers keep in offering their service. It was extremely annoying.

Great location, right in front of the beach. Pool was great! Scooter rental and other activities/trips available in the lobby. Small store in lobby was also convenient for buying water and other necessities. Covered balcony was great for rainy days. Friendly staff too 😊

The location is fine, just across the road from the beach. The pool is big and kept clean. the room is a good size and clean (some stains on sheets and torn pillow cases, old towels etc but still clean) the washing machine on the balcony was very convenient . the view is slightly obstructed but still great and the price is very reasonable. The service by most staff is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. It is very off putting. We always try to be as amiable as possible, we know we are guests in this country. But it is the worst experience as far as professionalism and friendliness that I have experienced in China. And we both have worked in the service industry for many years so have a good understanding of some of the daily issues and so try extra hard to be friendly and neat ourselves. the breakfast area we found too unhygienic and didn't eat there again. we know standards are different. the Italian restaurant was friendly, professional service and good food. for he price it is fine.
