Good: Amazing pool, close the seaside, rooms aren't good enough, friendly front desk. Bad: Room's bathroom is terrible. Needs improve: Breakfast Let's start from positive sides of staying here. They are on the side of the beach and whenever you want to enjoy beach , 🏖️ and see you can enjoy. And there are showers outside on the return back to hotel. Their pool is so good 👍 it was the best pool I see during the holiday. Pool is open until late. There are very very nice sunbeds on the side of pool. They're very comfortable. Pool is amazing.. but Front desk was friendly, she was talking with us English.👍👍👍 On the other side, we could not find some amenities inside the room for example indoor safe case. I can say room was not very comfortable. Balcony is shared with other room, balcony door is hard to open and close. Bathroom was so bad 😞👎. . Shower is not movable, toilet is not useful. Bathroom was a nightmare here. I wish hotel will apply a restoration on their rooms soon. 👋 And breakfast was little poor, nice fried rice, some chicken, watermelon, eggs, noodles, some breads and buns, salad. There's cereals but milk was missing all the day. Coffee machine was broken. Tea was not good. Couldn't find something to drink. I order some thing outside to drink even for breakfast. Overall if you are very relax about some missing amenities enjoy your holiday on the sea side, balcony or amazing 🤩 pool.

This hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had a nice pool. The room was very spacious with a balcony and a refrigerator. The facility was older (which was fine) but the level of cleanliness was lacking. Bed linens, towels and bathrobes were stained or ripped or both stained and ripped. The washrooms toilet required three to four flushes each use and smelt of urine. The shower head randomly leaked causing water to drain onto the bathroom tiles. My ac unit was leaking and caused a massive pool of water to form. Auntie at the front desk arranged for it to be cleaned up and a maintenance man to repair. The repair service was efficient and the issue was resolved after that.

Great value for money. Close to beach and big room. Pool was great. Just needs a bit of TLC to spruce it up.

Location is very nice : close to the beach (not a swimming one) No so much choices for breakfast (no coffee as example....) The swimming pool wasn't available during our stay. The room was a little dusty

Very good pice cost relationship. We were upgraded at the front desk. The room was incredible. Chinese style high quality. The beach was hilarious. ( downside was the work on the beach). Staff was very friendly and the breakfast Chinese but very delicious 😋😋😋.

The room was spacious and fairly clean. The help desk was friendly. I think this hotel is suitable for a short stay. Breakfast had some western options. The view was absolutely spectacular.

Good location for family trips

帶父母來三亞旅遊入住海航酒店，離海邊僅一條馬路，傍晚可以海邊散步。有湖景和園景房間，預訂了湖景房間，海岸美景盡收眼底。酒店裝修偏中式，客房床、櫃等內部設施雖老舊但齊全，還有小冰箱（我們入住要求不高）。酒店自帶泳池，帶小孩子過來的可以游泳，有救生員在泳池旁服務保障安全。
