Great location! Beautiful views inside the scenic area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not super fancy, but great value for the price.

Service from front desk was terrible, Mr Wei the front in the front desk service us was so impatient and rude when we check on the mode of transport to the restaurant we made booking for the next day lunch.
He talk so fast when we clarify again, he just show the look at us that made us feel so stupid.

My room is absolutely stunning. View of the sea, very clean with lots of little extras.
Still, I left a day early... Day 1 I was told that the restaurants and cafe are not open to guests until after 5pm. That I could walk the 8km to the tourist area to eat.. but tgey were closed so the hotel could feed tour groups NOT staying here.
Then I asked for the Western menu rhey advertised... no.
How about the coffee cafe...no. Beauty area... no
Day 2 I woke at 730. At 745 I called to ask for transport to breakfast...breakfast was over. (Being clear, you have to get a shuttle to take you around because it is a huge property). So, I have not been able to get any meals here in 2 days. I'm leaving. It doesn't matter how beautiful the place is... the only thing I've heard since arriving is meiyou (dont have).

酒店位於景區內部，去海上觀音可乘坐酒店內擺渡車到下面大堂位置，再徒步15分鐘左右可到達。
入住的時候酒店提供了免費的房間升級，很感謝。
酒店2000年開業，期間裝修過一次，但內部設施還是有種很“古老”的感覺。衞生間淋浴一打開，水流縱橫交錯，就是中間部分沒有（哈哈哈）洗澡的時候要左右搖擺。房間內沒有開放式陽台，有效避免了蚊蟲，但也少了一絲樂趣（有利有弊）。
酒店餐廳位於山上大堂，需要走台階或坡道上去後，再爬一小段斜坡才有電梯。以上總體感覺不錯。
第二天早餐很不愉快！我們去了3個人，訂了兩間房，都是含雙早的，但其中一間房卡衹記錄了一份早餐！吃飯又不是一定會一起去，你就是看我其中一間房衹住一個人，你也要告訴我是那間吧？而且我訂房是雙早，憑什麼就給我一份早餐？？？ 我7點半吃一頓，溜達一圈9點再吃一頓不成嘛？有朋友來，我叫着一起吃不成嘛？？？？大早上吃個早餐被攔着！！！！ 再好的心情也沒了大半！

房間窗子和衞生間都能看到南海觀音，無敵海景。房間位於半山腰，乾淨，清凈很舒服。自駕過來提前和酒店聯繫，車可以開進景區停車場。有酒店擺渡車送到房間，感謝酒店99號工作人員，熱心介紹景區景點。住在酒店早上去拜觀音，人少。酒店早餐豐富，可以看着觀音吃早飯。推薦安心入住。

訂的超級大床房，衞生設施太不匹配了，最主要是下午三點才能訂房，第二天12退房，還沒有延時，早上八點就退房了，行李寄存，房間落下兩件衣服，下午三點多走酒店都沒發現，説他們沒好好驗房，告訴我房間裏沒有衣服，我媳婦晚上洗的，去酒店時候穿的衣服，等待酒店給個合理解釋

酒店位置很好，這間房可以看海上觀音和大海，但是前面有椰子樹遮擋。這次是父親過壽特地過來南山祈福，訂了兩間房，我們要求是兩間房能離得近一點方便照顧，酒店及時反饋並安排，非常周到。酒店大堂辦理入住時，前台小妹感冒了還堅持工作，特別温柔耐心體貼，幫助安排餐廳替我們冷藏生日蛋糕。接駁車很方便，隨叫隨到，服務生都很 nice ，路上遇到了衹要有空位都會停下詢問去哪裡？是否需要用車，尤其是099號服務生帥氣又體貼。餐廳063號服務員也很給力，存取生日蛋糕，安排餐食。海景餐廳的景觀很贊，早餐非常豐富，午餐點的套餐也很實惠………整體感覺，雖然酒店設施老舊了，但是服務相當不錯，而且過來南山祈福還是很有必要留住一晚，以後希望還有機會過來這家海景酒店。

入住在景區內的高檔酒店是本人的一個很期待的一個願望，這次實現了。海店的環境可以用美極了來形容，酒店各方面的服務也是一流的。特別是開電瓶車的幾位小帥哥的熱情周到的服務更是給我們留下了美好的印象，應給予大大的點贊！
