Fuhaitang Hotel

Great hotel with good rooms and great location! The hotel is customer-oriented! The staff is very polite and always helps. Before our arrival, they prepared the room, even took care of a baby cot and a welcome plate of fruit. The room is very clean, good furniture, great balcony! Very good breakfasts! It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and you can be driven from the hotel by golf cart and picked up at your convenience. The pool is cleaned every day, the pool is large, there is a separate children's pool. On Hainan Island, we lived in five hotels (all five-star) in a month, and this hotel takes first place in our personal rating! Thank you very much to the owners and all the staff for the warm welcome!

I like the hotel, the room is very specious and nicely furnished, you have all the necessary things to feel like at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful, if there are any problems they solve them immediately. The breakfast is Chinese, but every time different so you are not tired of it. The only big disadvantage is the access to the sea. We came here to swim and chill but surprise - you can't swim there . So we didn't get the point to choose a hotel near the sea and live near the beautiful crystal clear water without any chance to swim. Any chance means that once you are in knee high water 2-3 life guards will immediately pop up to whistle and shout at you as if you are a criminal or there are dozens of crocodiles and sharks in the sea. Waves or no waves doesn't matter. And before you reach the beach you can see the announcement "the beach is closed! Swimming at your own risk". What's the point of it? So unfortunately the sea is just for decoration here, very upset about it. The swimming pool is nice but if you are for more that 5 days here - think twice as chlorinated water in the swimming pool can be not so friendly to your skin.

My fam and I had a wonderful experience at the Fuhaitang Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! I would like to commend Anna in the front desk, Karl who is doing his internship for doing a marvelous job. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Awesome stay. The hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Close to the Atlantis and CDF shopping mall. Great quiet resort.

Nice hotel, right next to the more expensive Renaissance hotel but you're able to use their facilities too. If you're prepared to live far away from everything then this place is good. The food at the renaissance is quite good but very pricey. That's the only really decent food option, otherwise you'll have to travel far. Toilet and bathroom are quite clean. This hotel is only good for a relaxing trip and you're okay with just staying in one place. There is a nice beach nearby too. 5 to 10 mins walk

Great stay in this hotel. Helpful staff. 黄丹 was a great support. The hotel is very quiet and it is only 5 minutes to the beach.

The hotel was great, and the pool was incredible, however the location is pretty out of the way from anything else. Breakfast was pretty nice, and overall I'd say Kya good value for money. The pool was definitely the best feature.

It is a good hotel! The Apartments are very spacious and clean. Still it felt like everything is moist and mould. The pool would have been nice but it was closed when I was there. They were not used to foreigners.
