Fairmont Sanya Haitang Bay

Ta podróż do Sanya, Fairmont jest zdecydowanie nieoczekiwaną niespodzianką! Otoczenie jest mieszanką różnych stylów chińskich, południowo-wschodniej Azji, południowo-wschodniej Azji i Wenecji. Dzieci naturalnie lubią smoczą łódź, która kursuje przez cały hotel i popołudniową herbatę na smoczej łodzi. Moim ulubionym jest zadaszony most łączący lobby, a sceneria na końcu zadaszonego mostu jest naprawdę piękna! Ale to, co najbardziej poruszyło mnie w Fairmont, to wszechobecna i troskliwa obsługa, od powitania do restauracji obsługa jest bardzo dobra, nie mówiąc już o tym, czego potrzebujesz, ale także o zwróceniu uwagi na Twoje potrzeby na czas. Ale jestem bardzo wdzięczna Vivi, gospodyni, która podjęła inicjatywę, aby skontaktować się z nim od początku pobytu i jak najwięcej załatwić. Ulepszyliśmy pokój i dostarczyliśmy salon Executive Lounge i popołudniową herbatę. Każdego dnia po przeprowadzce będziemy pytać nas, czego potrzebujemy i co mamy nadzieję poprawić, a my będziemy ciężko i skromnie pracować! Następnego lata dziecko mówi, że wróci! Bardzo dziękuję za serdeczną gościnność Vivi i wszystkich pracowników Fairmont, wierzę, że po epidemii Fairmont skomentuje swoją serdeczną świadomość służbową i na pewno uda mu się przebyć krwawą drogę w luksusowym hotelowym Haitang. Zatoka*🏖️🏖️🏖️!

W hotelu z bardzo dobrą obsługą kamerdyner "Ther" wziął pod uwagę Zhou Xianga i pomógł nam przed ** basenem i różnymi zajęciami dla dzieci. Dzieci świetnie się bawiły. Warto przyjechać ponownie.

I can say it without any doubt, this is the best hotel I've been in last 10 years of traveling. A dreaming place combined with a peaceful location 🥂 It costs but stays aligned to the other hotels around, with the difference in terms of quality, which this hotel is far beyond!

Nice stay, beautiful hotel with a lot of wood carving, hotel lobby is amazing. Rooms are clean, also everything is from wood. Special thanks to Joly who helped us everytime, in all our needs.

Very nice hotel, we had great experience and we all enjoyed a lot during our stay. Great ambiance and more activities. Many staff is very good at their work and well trained. This hotel has a traditional timeless look. Its was uniquely design. The rooms are very spacious. The staff was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and everything was satisfactory. Special thanks to Yoyo from the front desk and Peter the manager for making our stay extraordinary.

The pool is amazing so as the breakfast but the hotel needs a bit renovation since the mold is seen here and there. The beach nearby is stunning! Overall: ok but with this price per night it needs some work to be done.

The best hotel I have seen so far. Service is high level. We got extra treatment from a manager Nicole Hu. Could u imagine a personal assistant while on vacation? This hotel has it all. We got free afternoon tea and fruit plate at the beginning of our stay. Trip on boat made me feel like I were in Venice. The room is out of this world. Highly recommend!!!!!😊😊😊😊

Undoubtedly, this was an unforgettable experience. This is my second visit to Sanya in three years. Unlike the last time, I brought my parents with me. Therefore, I specifically selected the Kavi Fairmont Hotel with a unique architectural style and "wood culture" for them in the last three days of the 8-night 7-day itinerary. Yes, as you can see, we have been deeply impressed by the beautiful beach scenery, Yuexuan Restaurant, travel photography service, and room service, especially Judy and 符士荣. I believe I will come here again next time to continue my exciting experience.
