Rooms - Big, clean and spacious with gorgeous view. Feels like I am living among the clouds. Restaurant - The staffs are really attentive and friendly. - Breakfast has a good spread. Reception and Concierge - Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Spa - Had the hot stone and foot reflexology and love the techniques used by the Sapa masseur. - Staffs and masseurs are friendly. Room for improvement. - It is great that the hotel offers free transfer to Sapa Center/Station. Overall - Had a surprisingly fabulous stay and if I am back to Sapa, I will definitely stay again with Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel.

This is a great place to stay if you want to get away and enjoy the natural surroundings of Sapa. It is located deep in the mountains, about a 15 minute taxi ride from downtown. The rooms are well spaced out so it's very quiet and relaxing. You don't encounter other guests very often. The cleanliness of the rooms is very good, especially the gorgeous wooden bathrooms. There is a fireplace where you can roast sweet potatoes. There is also an infinity pool, although it is not large, and an outdoor cafe where you can see the mountains of Sapa from the cliff. At the on-site restaurant, you can get a meal for two people with two dishes, rice, and tea for about $35. It's not expensive considering it's a resort. Staff were not familiar with English, which was inconvenient, but they were friendly. I don't recommend the massages - the therapist who worked on me wasn't very friendly and wasn't very good. Other than being a bit far from downtown, it's a perfect place to stay. I was happy throughout my stay.

Silk Path is located a distance away from Sapa Town but the hourly shuttle service made going to the town convenient. The advantage of the location is Silk Path is therefore quieter. The grounds are beautiful. I love the room and the view. Breakfast comes with a wide variety of food, and the gym and pool offer options to burn the calories off. What makes Silk Path stand out in the exceptional service. I totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to my friends, and stay there for my future visits.

Very good hotel, I stayed with 2 teenagers and they had their own room and I had my own. It was Family suite. Amazing breakfast! Very clean and service was pleasant. Location near by the city. Everywhere walking distance. Only issue we faced there were a construction going on next to the hotel and the noise started at 8am. So just check in the construction update and you may have more pleasant mornings

A one-line review of this accommodation could be said to be a very sadistic notice. Sapa actually has things to see such as Fansipan and Cat Cat Village. If you have a long itinerary, it can be a bit boring, but the lodging is a place where you can relieve that boredom. It's the best place to go to Sun Plaza and Cat Cat Village, and you can get tea, meals, and even massages nearby. If you don't like the hustle and bustle of the city, you can also enjoy a light drink and meal at this accommodation. You can meet friends from all over the world and have fun Google Maps is a bit strange as to how to get there. There are stairs going down in the direction of the arrow in the attached photo. The interior is clean and can be said to have an atmosphere optimized for travelers. If I go to Sapa, I will go to this place again without thinking twice as it is 50,000 times better value for money.

Hotel's location is ok, near the church - center of Sapa town. But the street is too noisy and there are cars go by all the time. Staffs were friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy (or security, idk), helped us a lot. Receptionist was also helpful, except the guy on night shift. He was kinda rude to us. We arrived at 6 AM, which I certainly understand that we can't check in right away. But as he said ”We have room available, but please come back at 2PM to check in”. His face was so serious so we didn't ask anything more. However, the staffs at the next shift was very friendly and lovely, so we had a nice stay. Room was ok and clean, with a nice mountain view. Breakfast was also good. Although we didn't have a good impression at first, Azure hotel is a good choice for you in Sapa :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Eco Palms House. The food is delicious, the cocktails too, the staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well cared for. We stayed in a bungalow with views to the rice fields. The bungalow inside was very well decorated and well maintained. This can be the perfect accommodation for a honeymoon. Unfortunately both my husband and me noticed a bit of a pain in the back due to the mattress resting on wooden logs on the floor. I have however decided to give it five stars because the accommodation is certainly outstanding and perhaps this is just that we are used to our foam mattress at home. I would also recommend reviewing the price of the massages as it’s considerably more expensive that anywhere else we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Great location to do activities and hotel has their own transport to take you to Sapa town centre. We would definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything

Hotels are a tough business, so it's sad I'm writing a 2-star review. Let's first consider the business. Most businesses do one thing, or two at most, and that's their focus. Hotels have to run many facets well: cleaning, laundry, infrastructure maintenance, repairs to all the rooms and bathrooms and TV's and air-conditioning, renovations, running a kitchen making food 16 hours a day. Then there's managing personnel, scheduling and coordinating tradesmen, wholesale food supplies. And then, marketing and advertising, bookings, and all the admin of all those facets. Like I said, a hard industry to work in, let alone turn a profit. Le Bordeaux is struggling. My room had bugs, mould, unswept floors, broken lights, frayed and threadbare towels, dirt and dust. AirCon didn't cool the room. WiFi was poor. The hotel is at a busy intersection, and although they're not responsible for the horns honking from 6am to 11pm, the windows are not sound insulated. The restaurant is reasonably priced and offers a wide ranging menu of decent quality food, but can be slow. For $60 AUD a night, I've had much better. I hope they turn things around, and they could if they improved housekeeping, audited their WiFi, TVs and AirCon machines to make them work, and sped up the kitchen.

It felt like it was about 37 degrees and it was getting colder and colder. I can't get enough hot water. On the contrary, it got cold.・During the massage while you are lying on your back, a warm pad is placed on your shoulders and lower back, but it is too hot. Even though I was given a towel, it was still hot and I was left with low-temperature burn marks for a while.・I'm not good at massage. It's too complicated. A woman with long hair. Just having my hair messed up on my head makes me feel very uncomfortable. Just touch the legs and body repeatedly in the same motion. It moves quickly and is weak. She's probably an amateur who doesn't know anything about massage. Moreover, during the massage, the woman's hair touched my skin, which made me feel uncomfortable.・Finally, your body will be wiped with a hot towel, but it will cool down quickly and you will be scrubbed with the cold towel, making it uncomfortable. And the towel was stiff and painful. - After the event, the woman leaves, but after changing her clothes, she returns and waits with a smile on her face, eager for a tip. Are you an *****? We had an amazing two nights at laksik eco lodge. The room was luxurious, the views spectacular, the pool was probably the best I have ever seen and the staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone staying at Sapa. The hotel organised a guided trek which was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also nice to stay ten minutes out of Sapa, which is very busy, as it was much more relaxed and close to many small villages but also easy to take a taxi to Sapa.

Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order. Staff friendly and helpful. One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.

At the on-site restaurant, you can get a meal for two people with two dishes, rice, and tea for about $35. It's not expensive considering it's a resort. Staff were not familiar with English, which was inconvenient, but they were friendly. I don't recommend the massages - the therapist who worked on me wasn't very friendly and wasn't very good. Other than being a bit far from downtown, it's a perfect place to stay. I was happy throughout my stay.

Stayed here for a short trip but it was fantastic. This is a great getaway if you’re looking for a nice and quiet place to relax. The scenery is beautiful, full of the locals gardens and mountains. It’s about 10 minutes or less from the main attraction areas but we didn’t mind. The main attractions tend to get crowded and loud so coming back to a quiet place at night was great. We taxied there and back thanks to the very helpful receptionist who would call the taxis for us. They have motorbike for rental too. Our room was great and comfy. We loved all the embroidery items and pictures displayed throughout the place. The people here are very nice and caring. Breakfast was delicious and many options to choose from. Pho for breakfast was A++. We also ate at the restaurant for Lunch/Dinner and the food was delicious. Wait time was a bit longer but you can tell everything was cooked fresh, so no complaints there. We ate here every day because the food was delicious and authentic. All the managers and workers were so nice and the atmosphere was great. Going to try the heated pool tomorrow. We had a pleasant stay overall. Next time we’ll stay longer for sure.

If you want a good view in Sapa, I recommend this area. It's in the same alley as Eco Farm or Rocksik, so the view is similar, and there's a natural waterfall flowing in the back, so the scenery is nice. It doesn't seem to be many tourists yet, but it is a good value for money accommodation. The interior is made of cypress wood, so it has a nice woody scent, and there are two cute kittens in the restaurant. The hot water comes out late, so please be careful of burns. You can also call a taxi at the hotel.

We had an amazing two nights at laksik eco lodge. The room was luxurious, the views spectacular, the pool was probably the best I have ever seen and the staff super friendly. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend to anyone staying at Sapa. The hotel organised a guided trek which was one of the highlights of our trip. It was also nice to stay ten minutes out of Sapa, which is very busy, as it was much more relaxed and close to many small villages but also easy to take a taxi to Sapa.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eco Palms House. The food is delicious, the cocktails too, the staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well cared for. We stayed in a bungalow with views to the rice fields. The bungalow inside was very well decorated and well maintained. This can be the perfect accommodation for a honeymoon. Unfortunately both my husband and me noticed a bit of a pain in the back due to the mattress resting on wooden logs on the floor. I have however decided to give it five stars because the accommodation is certainly outstanding and perhaps this is just that we are used to our foam mattress at home. I would also recommend reviewing the price of the massages as it’s considerably more expensive that anywhere else we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Great location to do activities and hotel has their own transport to take you to Sapa town centre. We would definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything

My wife and I stayed here. We enjoyed the following: Location: close enough to the town center but just far enough to be away from the noise. We typically walk about 7 minutes to get there or go in our rental scooter. Sapa is small neighborhood that you can get to the Cat Cat Village or any other village from any location you stay in town. We care about peace and quite at night so it was great. Room: was very clean and had a great view of the center down below. Service: staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast: we enjoyed the coffee and Pho every morning.
