Decent Hotel.Friendly people and good ambience. Good Hospitality. A bit of vehicular disturbance due to closeness to main road .On the overall I am satisfied. Breakfast is ok . Typical breakfast with keeping Indian audience who are westernized. They can add more healthy and vegan options and marathi dishes.

Room Service was excellent, Staff are efficient. Amazing view from Premium category Room. Wonderful lawn, Swimming Pool, and child play area for my kid & excellent taste and quality of food. Enjoyed evening events of karaoke, Drum beat and live singing by James Vista. Special Thanks to all staff (Ajay, Deepak,Sakharam,kajal,Pooja & Ramesh.

I think it's been 8 years and we haven't stayed in a different hotel in all our visits to Panchgani/ Mahabaleshwar. Bella Vista continues to be a place we prefer. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the regular modern stuff. Staff at the reception are trained well. Our experience in booking on the phone and ok reaching there was very efficient. Special mention to Mobita. We had room on the 2nd floor. Great view of the lawns and valley with a lovely balcony. Wi-Fi connection was strong and around 90 mbps as informed by them earlier. Service at the housekeeping level and dining area needs some improvement. Old towels not picked up but new towels put, an issue with an electrical socket not fixed correctly, used dishes not picked up at the dining table. This is the small sort of stuff that one has not experienced at Bella Vista. Hopefully this is a one off. Food was outstanding. Breakfast spreads were great. They need to hold onto the person who makes their khari biscuits and patties since the layering was exquisite. Be it the omelettes or the Indian style French toast that we ordered as well as the ham, all were tops. For Dinner, we had the chicken haryali kebab and the paneer malai tikka ***** with the veg kofta - all recommended by the manager Ramesh all of which was fab. They don't serve alcohol. Signage all over the property is very clear and helpful. Ramesh the manager is very hands on and can be seen overseeing things on a regular basis which helps a lot. They need to bring temperature control to the pool otherwise it is not usable. Family spent a couple of hours playing cards in a tree covered area lined with floor beds which was fun. They have some events in the evening with drums etc but we were out in the town so didn't attend. Plants and greenery with a lot of colours were maintained very well. We used the play area a lot to play carrom and table tennis. Overall staff are very warm and hospitable.

Definitely a must go to resort in mahableshwar with lush green ambience and clean environment.... Cozy rooms and play area for kids.... Food and breakfast spread was mind blowing best stay with family... Team Ramesh were at their best service 😍💐

Had very good experience.Once in a year i visit with my family in bella vista since 15 -16 yrs .Good Ambience and hospitality.All staff are co -operative.Well maintained hygiene in restaurant and overall.Manager Ramesh is very co operative and attend each and every guest.Food quality quantity is good .will visit this place again

It was a wonderful experience here in Bella Vista. We have stayed 3 nights here. The place is quite amazing. I had asked them for specific room no where my brother had stayed and they arranged it for me. The room had a beautiful view. Room was clean and neet. All the arrangement was up to date. They have swimming pool, kids area, play area here. After 7 o clock you can join karaoke room and enjoy singing. You can play drums with your friends and enjoy some music. They have indoor games like carrom, pool, fuse ball here. There are lots of places where you can capture some memories for the life. So in short you can chill and enjoy here for a while. Food quality is also good. We have tried veg and non veg both. And the taste of both was good. All the staff, Ramesh, Pooja, Mathura and everyone are polite and helpful. One must visit this peaceful and wonderful place at least once.

We have stay with our family with Bella Vista resort mahabaleshwar, it is so amazing experience with Bella Vista resort, Naturally, eco-friendly stay Cleaning & hygienic food are available, and the management is very good we like the service also thank you Bella Vista team for this beautiful experience.....👍
