"Toilets were modern, but very dirty. No toilet roll overnight. The “quiet hours” 11pm onwards is not monitored or enforced at all. Music, wood chopping and drinking all night. Not suitable for younger children / quiet weekend away (atleast on the campsite, static caravan areas were nicer campsite is rough. Staff nowhere to be seen."

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hotel from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and looked after throughout our whole visit. A huge thank you to Ang, Sue, Josh and all of the service staff who were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, polite, attentive and genuinely delightful to be around. Their warm and professional service really made our stay extra special. The food was phenomenal, truly out of this world. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of flavour and easily some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. Compliments to the chefs and restaurant team for such an amazing dining experience. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly comfy which made for a perfect night’s sleep. It was clear that a lot of care and attention goes into making guests feel relaxed and at home. Thank you again to everyone at the Imperial Hotel for such a memorable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to return again soon. Highly recommended! x"

"Wspaniała lokalizacja krótki spacer do wszystkiego. Gospodarz był bardzo przyjazny przy przybyciu, witaj nas u drzwi. Mieliśmy pokój 9, bardzo duży pokój z ensuite, podwójne łóżko i łóżko bunkowe, jeśli masz dzieci. Pokój był czysty i urządzony, łóżko było wygodne, więc nie ma problemów ze snem. Wielki widok Saundersfoot. Był parking dla gości. Byliśmy spokojni nocą, dziwny samochód przechodził."

"Very disappointing. Booked for 4 nights with our Motorhome having failed to book with another site as they were fully booked for the whole weekend. Directed to Bar by reception to get pitch number. The field only had a handful of tourers and having been given a pitch number we could not find the water pipe to refill our camper. Back to the bar to find the unmarked water point. A quick visit to the toilet and shower block shocked us they were cold and dark with 4 femail showers for the whole site. We asked to book a table at the restaurant but was told there was no food available as the Dishwasher had broken. No shop on site for even some milk or bread. There was a QR code on the site leaflet for Bus times which did not work. There was no Emergency number available and we were told at the bar they would try to get the information which should be displayed clearly. After one night having visited the shower block which was wet and cold we left the site to go elsewhere."
