Wellness: too few towels, loose tiles in the pool area (partially dangerous), no apple, water, etc. - loveless! If no other guest had had a bust with it, it would have been a real cleaning. You feel frustration in the house. With many guests. It was a permanent theme and could not be "washed away" by too expensive drinks! The rooms were i. O. But a lamp on the balcony that lights up to almost 23.30 light into the room and is not turnable ?! The staff were a light view! Friendly, cool, but probably soon away from where others are busy. "As a family of four with children aged 10 and 14, we had a pleasant stay at Hohenwart. The food was great, and the breakfast buffet was extensive with a cook-to-order station. The hotel has two wellness areas, one for adults and one for children, and the view over Meran is stunning. However, we found the kids' pricing a bit confusing. Even though the children stayed in a separate room together, both kids were charged the price of a "single stay in a double room", which was €50 more than the adults. Although the 10-year-old received a 60% discount on this elevated price, we still don't understand why the 14-year-old had to pay a "single-stay in double room" price. Comment of the Hotel: "That is how we do things here, this is normal, and we do it like this since 30 years" Not sure but maybe 30 years ago the kids would have slept on the foldaway sofa instead of their own room."

"Wrócił do tego hotelu dawno później, potwierdza, jak dobrze został podkreślony w przeszłości w odniesieniu do dobrej kuchni, czyszczenia pokoi, bardzo wygodnego obszaru spa i zasługiwanej inicjatywy publicznej finansowania przejazdu; dobrej jakości stosunek cen. Zasługuje tylko na trochę "powstrzymaj" z uwagi na czas, który się kończy."

"Piękny hotel z większą lokalizacją i specjalną strefą zdrowotną. Ludzie przyjazne i przedwczesne, śniadanie bardzo dobre, kolacja na zamówienie również ok. Ceny napojów raczej zbyt wysokie. Przykro mi, że teraz bardzo lekceważy Schenna i jest zbudowany wiele i nie zawsze w zaletach tego miejsca. Mieliśmy 2 ładne dni nawet w deszczu."

"The view is amazing. Hotel is ok. NO high speed internet, it took ages to load google maps. 2 small pool kan hardly qualify as SPA, but ok, kids had fun. Food was NOT ok. Mashed potatoes made of powder, vegetarian option was not edible. Service is very confused, they asked us 9 times what our room number was during dinner, could get the order right 3 times and the food took ages. Checking in and out takes a lot of time, we had to wait in a line of 3 guests about half an hour. Spet 575 euros for one night in a hotel, definitely NOT worth the money. Really disappointed. I wish we booked elsewhere."
