"Never again! Chef arrogant and partly unhellable. Eating: don't keep what it promises (and we are not gourmets) , drinks overpriced. Wellness: too few towels, loose tiles in the pool area (partially dangerous), no apple, water, etc. - loveless! If no other guest had had a bust with it, it would have been a real cleaning. You feel frustration in the house. With many guests. It was a permanent theme and could not be "washed away" by too expensive drinks! The rooms were i. O. But a lamp on the balcony that lights up to almost 23.30 light into the room and is not turnable ?! The staff were a light view! Friendly, cool, but probably soon away from where others are busy. Tyrofeeling? This is not. Read between the lines at booking etc. We had done it before - we would have made it more thorough. I have never had the need to warn potential guests. It's important for you to know that."

"Absolutely amazing stay! We just returned back home from this amazing resort. Location is beautiful with amazing views, nature all around and close to town. Rooms were always super clean & comfortable. Service top notch throughout the whole stay (special shout out to Peter). Infinity pool spacious, clean and with views to die for! Definitely recommended. "As a family of four with children aged 10 and 14, we had a pleasant stay at Hohenwart. The food was great, and the breakfast buffet was extensive with a cook-to-order station. The hotel has two wellness areas, one for adults and one for children, and the view over Meran is stunning. However, we found the kids' pricing a bit confusing. Even though the children stayed in a separate room together, both kids were charged the price of a "single stay in a double room", which was €50 more than the adults. Although the 10-year-old received a 60% discount on this elevated price, we still don't understand why the 14-year-old had to pay a "single-stay in double room" price. Comment of the Hotel: "That is how we do things here, this is normal, and we do it like this since 30 years" Not sure but maybe 30 years ago the kids would have slept on the foldaway sofa instead of their own room."

"Piękny hotel z większą lokalizacją i specjalną strefą zdrowotną. Ludzie przyjazne i przedwczesne, śniadanie bardzo dobre, kolacja na zamówienie również ok. Ceny napojów raczej zbyt wysokie. Przykro mi, że teraz bardzo lekceważy Schenna i jest zbudowany wiele i nie zawsze w zaletach tego miejsca. Mieliśmy 2 ładne dni nawet w deszczu."
