DDENICE0103The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, with a convenient location and front desk staff who are both professional and friendly. The surrounding area feels very safe and pleasant, and transportation access is excellent. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay — highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

GGośćThe best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to. Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something]. Some things to note: Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner]. Why not 5 stars all around? The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately].

GGośćLocations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return.

GgojensengoBooked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel. Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.

GGośćGreat location by the waterfront and close to many restaurants. Walking distance to Pikes Place Place Market which is very cool. Get there early to avoid huge crowds. The rooms are smaller than you may think. Pictures do not show how small the room really is but it was fine for a couple days when we spent most of the time in the city. Breakfast with unlimited specialty coffee drinks was great. Would definitely recommend this for short visits or before a cruise.

GGośćThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

GGośćThe hotel is a descent budget hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle. Its location is superior as it is only 5 minutes walk from the Westlake Station and in walking distance to many tourist attractions, including the Pike Flying Fish Market, Space Needle and so on. It is also convenient to travel to other attractions by the city public buses, the King County Metro. For budget travellers like us, it is really value for money. The hotel is clean and safe with friendly staff and owner. The complimentary breakfast was a surprise and bonus to begin a day in a hectic schedule. The new owner has put in a lot of effort to improve its services.

GGośćWe stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious. The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side. The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
