Prysznic był doskonały, a ciśnienie wody mocne — to było absolutnie wspaniałe. Pan w recepcji był bardzo uprzejmy i uważny; pozwolił nam nawet zameldować się wcześniej. Jedynymi wadami hotelu były płatny parking i nieco przestarzałe telewizory. Poza tym byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni ze wszystkiego."

"Clean, well located, nice room and gym. The soundproofing between rooms wasn’t great (or we had a loud neighbour that spoke at high volume from 6am). Beware in the bar, they put an 18% automatic service charge on the bill and then ask for a tip again when you pay with your card! They made it hard to find the 0% button which was cheeky when we already paid the 18% charge once! That was my main reason for making it a 4/5, management, you should look at that, it’s poor practice."

"The best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to. Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something]. Some things to note: Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner]. Why not 5 stars all around? The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately]."

"The hotel is not cheap and the price-performance ratio is not high, so it's not worth it. Every time I parked or picked up my car, I had to pay a valet and tip. The area is very congested, and the superior city view room I booked was extremely small! It's a very average Fairmont hotel, and the service is quite mediocre. The elevator takes a long time to load, and there are no amenities, no nice environment, and no good service. It's like a Holiday Inn, but at Fairmont prices."

The bed was plush and comfortable, and there were so many pillows that my friend, who loves extra pillows, was very satisfied. The bathroom and toilet were also very clean, and the entire hotel gave the impression of being very clean. It seems that guests can stay with their dogs, and I smiled when I passed by another guest's canine companion. All the staff were very nice, making for a very comfortable stay."

Pokój z widokiem na zatokę był piękny, ale silnie radzę każdemu, kto chce zarezerwować kontakt z hotelem z wyprzedzeniem, aby upewnić się, że otrzymasz prawdziwy widok. Hotel był bardzo wygodny i przyjazny, ale to było bardzo zabawne dla hotelu."
