It’s the worst hotel I’ve been to in Asia (I’ve been to 40+ countries), staff were very unreasonable and rude. They do not respect the privacy of customers, so don’t expect to have any privacy being protected. Definitely avoid this hotel. They even refused to refund the nights which were not stayed because of their stricter than 5-star-hotel policy. Totally a violation. Not even an apology, their attitude sounds like we all need to beg to stay in this place, what a turn down as a paying traveler and customer. Disrupted our travel plans and made our journey so much hassle. They do not know what service is. Totally not worth it.
