We have been staying in this land of ours for 4 generations since our grandfather generation to our children generation. With the gradual development of Semporna town especially tourism, we decided to develop family hotel business Hemingway Cottage on our land we have been staying. Not to forget our family roots, we named our holiday home as 'Hemingway Cottage' which is the author of the 'old man and the sea' Our mission is to serve our tourist and hotel occupants so as to feel at home, at ease, at peace with feeling of nearness to nature of sea, beach, forest and mountain. Hemingway Cottage is located 2.5KM from town. Guest could easily get a taxi service (grab, maxim) to the town. 對於房間的環境真的滿意，因為房間面對花園，外面有些蟲子，所以門縫加了貼膠，免得蟲子鑽進來。一出門口可以吸煙。不過就是沒有煮水壺，打水要到廚房飲水機。雖然很近路邊，不過在郊區，晚上挺幽靜。
要收按金，當時沒有100馬幣，可以用人民幣，不過收了兩張。

因為訂得比較晚，市區找不到安靜又有二張大床的家庭房，定了這間，本來比較猶豫怕條件不好。但實際以鄉村小屋的標準來説還是不錯的。房間夠大，洗手間像是今年新裝修的，空調和熱水器馬桶都是新的，我擔心的黴味一點也沒有。床和桌子是很重的原木，比較環保。有一個移動不銹鋼衣架可以洗曬跳島回來的衣服，沒有電視但我們也不需要，有免費wifi，沒有燒水壺，但提供了二個水壺可以去廚房裝凈水。打車去市區我們選六人座都是十分鐘內就來，衹是高峯時間去碼頭的路會有些堵車，最好留出正常二倍的時間。適合主要在此休息睡覺的人羣，睡覺很安靜。另外還有三衹貓，孩子可以跟它們玩很久。

環境很好，我前面4天的行程是住海豐大酒店，玩項目玩的差不多了，住的海明威，太驚喜了，難得的乾淨、整潔，而且很舒服。因為我不太需要去鎮上了，所以不存在打車的困擾，也打車去鎮上一兩次，差不多5-8馬幣左右，很方便，就是晚上要等很久。小貓超可愛，一開門就在房間門口等着，環境、空氣都很好。但是需要注意，沒有礦泉水，廚房有開水機，可以自己裝。

房間乾淨～沒有電視，有共用廚房，大概因為馬來西亞吧，室外環境相當原神態！開門就有猴子🐒，要仔細看喲！哈哈！總體來説能滿足睡覺，洗澡，洗衣服的基本需求，其他啥的就別要求太高！🈶️親人的小貓會跟着進房間，隨便擼！温馨提示：千萬不能放吃的在房間，有螞蟻大軍會來找你喲！

還不錯，晚上很安靜，環境生態很好……就是日用消耗品需要自己問前台，連住不會主動打掃房間，房間面積較大，整體性價比很高了

Живёшь на земле в пальмовой роще а комаров нет.

房間太差了，也不知道哪來的4.2評分，進房就看見一個大的壁虎在牆上，房間真的不咋地 鎮上有些評分低的酒店都比這強 第一次來，不清楚，衹看評分訂酒店了，結果評分不準！
