"It was an amazing experience from the start. Check-in smooth without any complications, the entrance is so welcoming as the whole palace is. It looks that no cent was speared for the restoration and conversion of this stunning place. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms attention to all details. Breakfast is continental with a good selection of savoury and sweet choices. Nice to meet the owner of the house and it clearly shows her dedication to her place. Highly recommended."

"As expected of the hotel featured in the movie "Detective Conan," the location and environment are indeed excellent. I heard about this hotel because of "Detective Conan" and decided to try it out during my trip to Malta. Located near the Three Cities of Birgu, the hotel is conveniently located with small boats and public ferries to Valletta. Staying here allows you to experience the atmosphere of the old town, which I personally found more immersive than staying in a five-star hotel. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious! The only thing that surprised me was that one night the water heater suddenly broke down. Repairing it would take several hours, or even longer, and in the end, I had to boil water to shower and wash my hair. This is something I haven't experienced in a hotel of this caliber in a long time. The next day, they gave us an apology letter and a complimentary drink."

"Simply put - The Snop House was ideal in everywhere and we loved our stay. Firstly the General Manager and the staff were welcoming, thoughtful and helpful. The property itself, and the rooms, are beautiful and immaculately clean and maintained - with beautiful art everywhere. In a busy city, the area was a quiet oasis yet near restaurants, lovely walks and easy transportation (bus stops outside the door). With non-stop flights soon to start from New York City - we plan to visit more often and will Happyily stay at The Snop House."
