"A cozy hotel with a great location, a stunning view of the mountains from the window))) there is a kettle, bath accessories and excellent hot water pressure, which is very important in February, when it is cool outside and you want to warm up))) Next to the hotel there is a cafe Parus, I recommend it!!! Very, very tasty cuisine, we took Sevan fish and lula kebab, the prices are very inexpensive"

"Very nice resort. Only wish the swimming pool was maintained and useable, even though the time of year. And also the restaurant was not open, which was disappointing; no food just drinks at the bar. Again, I understand, time of year means less bookings and therefore it's probably not viable to pay staff for the kitchen during that period. We would have liked to have experienced it though. Another time! Otherwise, great location, friendly, unimposing staff, atmospheric lighting and trees and fallen leaves, cosy bungalow. We had stayed prior to this at the nearby Nirvana Resort, Sevan. Loved both, personally preferred Nirvana. What I would say is that Nirvana was the better lake resort, with bungalows right on the lake, especially if you get Nirvana bungalow #1 or Nirvana bungalow #2 with big bay window and modern fittings (however other bungalows are being renovated, and it's such a friendly, cute, quirky, beautiful site), and Garden Inn Resort Sevan was the better site in terms of beauty with its plentiful trees and facilities (even though not operating to full capacity when we stayed), with a short 1-minute walk from the lake shore and 'public beach'. "The hotel is modern and comfortable and reasonably priced. The owner, Armen, couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. He speaks Russian and Armenian and some German but is very adept at using Google translate, so we had no problems communicating in English. Breakfast is served in Armen's café just outside the hotel and run by his wife. They both gave us advice about where to buy some essentials and even helped us buy Armenian SIM cards (they're daughter works in a phone shop a few minutes walk down the street). Armen even brushed the snow off my hire car :). Aragast is a good base for exploring the area, especially Sevan island and Sevanavank monastery."

"A clean, cozy room. This is a house where the owner's family lives and several rooms are rented out. Everything is clean and comfortable. There's a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, two beds, towels, etc. The center is a 20-minute walk away. The hostess is friendly. Everything is just like in the photos. Parking is also provided."
