To naprawdę przyjemny hotel, czysty i cichy! Szczególnie pan July – przemiły i profesjonalny człowiek. Kiedy poprosiliśmy o przedłużenie godziny wymeldowania, zrozumiał i zgodził się na przedłużenie! Z przyjemnością zatrzymaliśmy się w tym hotelu i na pewno wrócimy następnym razem!

Very technically advanced hotel BUT not suitable for families with young kids at all! 1. No door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom area. My busy infant kept trying to open the facet in the shower - What if he'd burnt? Additionally, after taking taking a shower we'd have to use towels to soak up the water so that the baby wouldn't slip and fall. Real health and safety hazard. 2.No iron in the bedroom - 1 personally went downstairs to reception to ask for one and then went out for about 3 hours. When I returned there was still no iron for my clothes and I had to call twice again. 3. Queen sized room is super small. For 2000 RMB for a weekend it was quite disappointing. 4. My infant could open this window. Where's the safety? He can climb, what if something had happened? 5. Waste of space in the room. There's an open section for something - not sure what, but it could've been used to extend the bathroom areas. 6. We didn't receive a free cot as per the advertisement. Overall it was an okay stay for the intended trip.

W hotelu nie ma języka angielskiego, zanotuj to, jeśli jest to dla Ciebie ważne. Reszta była dobra. Spędziłem tu prawie miesiąc. Śniadanie absolutnie nie jest zachodnie. Jest kilka opcji zupy i makaronu, ale trudno zrozumieć, jak to używać i zamówić, a także co to jest, haha. Czas śniadania kończy się wcześnie, ale to normalne w Chinach. Mała siłownia, pralnia - możesz prać i suszyć ubrania. Dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu różne linie metra. Małe centrum handlowe z bardzo dobrym supermarketem. Ładna toaleta 😁

Ogólnie dobry hotel z dobrymi funkcjami, szczególnie w tej cenie, mógłby mieć trochę więcej funkcji i udoskonalić resztę, aby był świetnym hotelem, ale ogólnie było to dobre doświadczenie! Personel jest bardzo przyjazny i pomocny! Najlepsza część hotelu!

The hotel is quite new overall, and the facilities are decent. There's only one elevator, so you might have to wait a bit. The location is very close to Xujiahui Metro Station Exit 2 (though it's the furthest exit and has no elevator, so be aware). It's also not far from Metro City and Grand Gateway. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby; I was pleasantly surprised to find popular spots like Tieshou, Hushui Coffee Lab, and Zui Shifu all within a 10-minute walk. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Chociaż ten hotel nie jest szczególnie nastawiony na rodziny, apartamenty i pokoje rodzinne łączone, a także śniadania w formie bufetu i dostęp do saloniku dla VIP-ów rekompensują ten brak. Wielokrotnie nocowałem w tym hotelu z naszą dużą rodziną, a personel jest zawsze przyjazny i pomocny. Jedynym minusem jest to, że jako członek Platinum Bonvoy powinienem otrzymać prezent powitalny podczas pobytu w hotelu, ale hotel zawsze zapomina o wręczeniu go (zazwyczaj są to owoce). Zawsze muszę o niego prosić, co jest trochę irytujące.

The most thoughtful hotel out of the 7 hotels we have been to so far in Shanghai and the surrounding area. Very cosy and warm atmosphere and interior design, upon arrival, they gave us a bag of fruit, extra water bottles in addition to the ones in our rooms, and also free tea in the lounge room. The room has more water bottles and some free cans of soda. The room includes a vanity with a big mirror as well as an additional movable makeup mirror with extra zoom. The bathroom also includes a warming rack to warm up your towels. Each day, they gave us another bag of different varieties of fruits and more bottled water. It has cultural decorations, with a doodle map on the wall and local Shanghainese dialect phrases. Great to learn about some localities, especially for travellers or tourists new to this area. They have a long breakfast time range, so you can sleep in and still get food. They have actual good coffee and delicious wonton compared to other hotels we have been to in the area. When leaving, they have services to help arrange a taxi to get to your next destination. All staff are very approachable and friendly, from the reception, kitchen, and the cleaning staff.

Checked in around 4 PM, but the room wasn't ready. Had to wait for over ten minutes in the lobby. Eventually, a Trip.com agent intervened and we were temporarily assigned to an empty room to wait, with a strict instruction not to lie on the bed. More waiting ensued… The room's air conditioning automatically shut off at 25 degrees, causing me to repeatedly wake up hot throughout the night. While it's understandable for a new hotel to have some service shortcomings, their problem-solving definitely needs improvement.

This was an excellent place to stay. It was so good that I made a new reservation to stay another night. The location is just perfect and easy to find. You’re very close to 2 metro stations and it was convenient to use the station Xujiahui when needing to take Line 11 to Disney Resort. Exit 4 of the Shanghai Indoor Stadium station is also close by. The hotel is next to several great dining options and shopping malls. Having stayed at other hostels near the Bund, this was a nice and quiet neighborhood. I am a huge fan of the shared room with 5 beds as you really get plenty of storage space and not much noise. I was impressed with the staff cleaning the showers/toilets and hallways quite regularly. Best part was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Naprawdę okropne doświadczenie z zakwaterowaniem. Przede wszystkim, najbardziej frustrujące było to, że przy 32-stopniowym upale Szanghaju nie mogliśmy spać z włączoną klimatyzacją. Nawet przy 27 stopniach Celsjusza panował mróz. Kiedy złożyliśmy skargę w hotelu, powiedziano nam, że to dlatego, że hotel jest nowo otwarty, a udogodnienia nie spełniają standardów i że każdy pokój jest taki sam. Ponieważ podróżowaliśmy z dzieckiem, zrezygnowaliśmy z klimatyzacji i spaliśmy zlani potem przez dwie noce. Do tego doszły te dziwaczne gniazdka elektryczne. Jeśli chcieliśmy naładować telefon lub powerbank w nocy, nie mogliśmy zgasić światła. Gdy tylko zgasło światło, wszystkie porty ładowania były bez prądu. Hotel również stwierdził, że to dlatego, że hotel jest nowo otwarty, a udogodnienia nie spełniają standardów i że każdy pokój jest taki sam. Potem, ponieważ podróżowaliśmy z dzieckiem, zarezerwowaliśmy pokój dwuosobowy typu executive. Były tam dwa łóżka o szerokości 1,35 metra. Często zatrzymujemy się w hotelach podczas podróży i nawet na łóżkach o szerokości 1,2 metra, moje dziecko i ja nigdy nie wypadliśmy z łóżka. Łóżka hotelowe były bardzo dziwnie zaprojektowane. Po pierwsze, materace były bardzo wysokie, tak wysokie, że boki były prawie zaokrąglone. Po drugie, po obu stronach łóżka stały szafki nocne, ale ponieważ łóżka były wysokie, były one bardzo niskie. Przed pójściem spać myślałam o tym, co się stanie, jeśli spadnę z wezgłowia i zrobię sobie krzywdę, więc specjalnie położyłam poduszkę pod zagłówek. I rzeczywiście, wypadłam z łóżka! Na szczęście poduszka pod zagłówek była, a moja noga była tylko sina. Hotel dodał nam barierkę łóżka drugiej nocy — to było bardzo niebezpieczne! Jako hotel Marriott, zawsze zrzucają winę za wszelkie problemy na to, że to nowy hotel, a wyposażenie jest niekompletne, i tak naprawdę nie rozwiązują problemów. To naprawdę okropne!
