Hotele w: Dishui Lake and Lin-gang Area, Szanghaj

We had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World and want to commend the team for their outstanding service. We arrived very early in the morning around 9am, well before the usual check-in time. The staff member who attended to us was incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. She did her very best to arrange our rooms quickly, and even upgraded one of them to a family room so that both rooms could be connected. We were so grateful for this thoughtful gesture, as it allowed our whole family to rest comfortably before heading out to explore Snow World next door. The family room itself was wonderful — spacious and well-designed. Our son especially loved the loft bed! The room also came with great amenities, including a dining area, a two-seater sofa, and a huge bathtub, which made our stay extra comfortable. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were consistently helpful. When we needed assistance with food delivery, they guided us patiently and made everything easy for us. The location is another major plus. Snow World is just a short walk away, which was extremely convenient — after playing, we could simply stroll back to our room to rest. The hotel is also very near the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Overall, we are truly impressed by the warm hospitality, thoughtful service, and excellent facilities. Thank you, Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World, for making our family trip such a pleasant and memorable one. We look forward to staying again!

Great location, close to the school and convenient for getting around. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and even gave me a free room upgrade. The neighborhood is also very nice.

Just EXCELLENT especially for the price. Great location (although note that the hotel is on the 3rd floor of a shopping area so you cannot drive to the door, you need to get of the taxi beside the road where the little playground is and then walk. Find Dominoes and you are close). This was really hard to find at midnight with two tired kids but we managed! There is plenty of food options downstairs, it really is a fabulous place to stay with kids if you are going to Ocean Park. About $20 cab to the Astronomy Museum and also the Ocean Park. It's a buzzing little area at night. BED - super comfortable! Usually the beds in China are very hard but this was a memory foam or latex topper and I loved the pillow option - latex + normal. Shower was a bit of a hit & miss playing the hot and cold game but that's really the only complaint. What a cheap and cheerful hotel. We stayed in another hotel in Shanghai at 4 x the price per night and this was SO much better!

這次入住體驗超出預期太多！酒店位置絕佳，出行逛街都超方便。房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟舒服，一覺睡到天亮。設施齊全且維護得很好，衞浴出水順暢，空調靜音效果超讚。前台服務熱情有耐心，辦理入住退房都很快捷，保潔阿姨也很有禮貌。整體環境安靜雅緻，性價比超高，無論是出差還是旅行都非常合適，強烈推薦，下次來還會首選這家！

New hotel , very modern. Difficult for foreigners who don't speak Chinese to use the TV or other devices the hotel provides. The breakfast is very basic. There are no amenities other than breakfast.

According to name, I assume the hotel link more to the lake, which is located on the opposite site of the park and further steps... We booked for going to Haicheng Ocean Park, that was very convenient. There is no shuttle service but taxi ride is quite convenient and fast to be fair. Staff did not speak English, not even try to speak English, always denied and did not understand a word. Room was big. Play Corner for kid was OK. Breakfast was variety. Freshly made omelette was delicious. We communicated with hotel before we arrived about a special arrangement for our son's birthday... They promised a cake, but didn't get it. Asked at reception, none know about arrangements at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast and service are absolutely amazing. The hotel is located in a more “rural” part of Shanghai, but the location itself is more peaceful and far away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. A nice getaway spot.

Kiedy przyjechaliśmy, dostępne były bezpłatne przekąski późnym wieczorem. Podobało mi się, że obsługa była bardzo dobra Nawet gdybym zamówił jedzenie na wynos i jadł w restauracji, kelner nie byłby zniecierpliwiony. Bardziej podoba mi się dekoracja pokoju. Lampy mają również wyczucie stylu. Pokój gościnny jest wystarczająco duży. Łazienka jest nieco niewygodna, ponieważ nie można jej zamknąć. Kluczową kwestią jest dobra izolacja akustyczna. W nocy nie ma dźwięku. Liczba próbek jest wystarczająca w stosunku do ceny. Jestem mile zaskoczony, że desery są lepsze niż oczekiwano. W miejscach publicznych jest wiele gier planszowych, w które mogą grać dzieci. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, przekroczyło to oczekiwania. Pojadę tam następnym razem, gdy będę miał okazję.
