We had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World and want to commend the team for their outstanding service. We arrived very early in the morning around 9am, well before the usual check-in time. The staff member who attended to us was incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. She did her very best to arrange our rooms quickly, and even upgraded one of them to a family room so that both rooms could be connected. We were so grateful for this thoughtful gesture, as it allowed our whole family to rest comfortably before heading out to explore Snow World next door. The family room itself was wonderful — spacious and well-designed. Our son especially loved the loft bed! The room also came with great amenities, including a dining area, a two-seater sofa, and a huge bathtub, which made our stay extra comfortable. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were consistently helpful. When we needed assistance with food delivery, they guided us patiently and made everything easy for us. The location is another major plus. Snow World is just a short walk away, which was extremely convenient — after playing, we could simply stroll back to our room to rest. The hotel is also very near the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Overall, we are truly impressed by the warm hospitality, thoughtful service, and excellent facilities. Thank you, Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World, for making our family trip such a pleasant and memorable one. We look forward to staying again!

Miałem wspaniały pobyt w L Snow Supreme Hotel. Ogólne doświadczenie było wygodne i przyjemne, z wielkim uwagą na szczegóły w trakcie naszej wizyty. Specjalne wspomnienie odnosi się do personelu Sally Zhou, który naprawdę uczynił nasz pobyt wyjątkowy. Była niezwykle uważna, pomocna i proaktywna w każdym czasie. Sally poszła ponad i poza, aby zapewnić nam wygodne i dobrze dbane, co uczyniło ogromną różnicę w naszym doświadczeniu. Jej ciepła i profesjonalna obsługa bardzo dobrze odzwierciedla hotel, i zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce dla innych, którzy szukają relaksu i przyjemnego pobytu.

We are booking to stay at the Shanghai Yaoxue Snow World resort for 7 days. This is our second day staying here but we just can’t wait to give them a 5 stars review 🥰 Zoe, the hotel concierge is exceptional excellent at her job. She has great knowledge and also goes above and beyond to give us information about everything that we needed. She will be the main reason why we will come back to stay here in the near future 💜 Since we’ve arrived at the hotel, every staff who we’ve engaged to have beautiful manners and perform their job with a high standard. This is including the bellboys, restaurant staff, the maids, the ski concierge staff, the pool and the gym staff. Even though they don’t really speak English but we can communicate with each other by using the iPhone translating app 🥰 This morning, we got stranded by a driver from the DiDi Ride Share App. The driver said on the app that he arrived to the hotel entrance but he wasn’t there and we already prepaid him via the app. One of the bellboy noticed that we were struggling trying to get another ride. He couldn’t speak English but he gestured that he wanted to help, with his help we were finally got the ride in no time 🙏 We love how convenient staying here. We don’t even need to leave the hotel to access to the Snow World, we can just taking the elevator from our floor up to the Ski Concierge on the 16 floor which allows us to do a multiple visit to the Snow World throughout the day from 10 am to 10 pm 🎉 The food at the international breakfast bar is scrumptious and so many selections. We haven’t eaten so much breakfast like this in a long time 😆 There are so many varieties of food at the restaurants in the Snow World area and the prices are reasonable. A few of the restaurants even cost a lower price than we’ve expected! Seriously, we’ve saved so much money staying here than living in our home in Australia 😆 We are definitely coming back to stay here again in the near future 💜💜💜

Zabraliśmy nasze dzieci w podróż hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko parku Haichang, Muzeum Morskiego i Planetarium. Zatrzymaliśmy się na noc. Kiedy przyjechaliśmy, dostępne były bezpłatne przekąski późnym wieczorem. Podobało mi się, że obsługa była bardzo dobra Nawet gdybym zamówił jedzenie na wynos i jadł w restauracji, kelner nie byłby zniecierpliwiony. Bardziej podoba mi się dekoracja pokoju. Lampy mają również wyczucie stylu. Pokój gościnny jest wystarczająco duży. Łazienka jest nieco niewygodna, ponieważ nie można jej zamknąć. Kluczową kwestią jest dobra izolacja akustyczna. W nocy nie ma dźwięku. Liczba próbek jest wystarczająca w stosunku do ceny. Jestem mile zaskoczony, że desery są lepsze niż oczekiwano. W miejscach publicznych jest wiele gier planszowych, w które mogą grać dzieci. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, przekroczyło to oczekiwania. Pojadę tam następnym razem, gdy będę miał okazję.

The hotel location and rooms are very good, but due to the peak Labor Day holiday, manpower was low, there was a lot of delivery trash at the elevator and outside the rooms that was not collected on time. Understandably that waimai is the top choice for most guests because only one restaurant in the hotel was open, perhaps putting a centralized trash bin per floor would be better and signs to educate guests where to throw them. That way pests can be avoided, rooms won’t have smell of food, and the hallways looks cleaner and organized.

W nowym hotelu unosi się silny zapach formaldehydu. Na śniadaniu jest bardzo mało miejsc; rano znalezienie wolnego miejsca jest praktycznie niemożliwe. Zimą klimatyzacja w całym budynku jest zbyt gorąca; koce są nieznośnie gorące i suche.

This edifice of a hotel is simply exceptional. The service team, the residence, the dining options, the facilities, the amenities, the location, I can go on an on. I didn't even have enough time to enjoy all the offerings. My family was quite over the moon with our stay. We were visiting from Canada and cannot wait to return. I highly recommend anyone weather it be business or leisure visiting Shanghai to put the Radisson collection at the very top of their list. With two days here you feel so relaxed and pampered that it feels like you've been resting for over a week! Oh and the hotel location in my I'll opinion is excellent because of the quiet surroundings. We were very happy to take rides to the Bund and escape back from the overcrowded downtown back to our solace in the hotel. I don't usually review hotels but I just have to give it up to the management and the entire staff from the room maintenance, check-in, dining and facilities and management. You're doing an exceptional job and I look forward to returning soon. My next trip here I will make sure to stay even longer as it feels like home away from home 10/10 . Oh and the buffet dining options are excellent!

Fabulous stay and enjoyed very satisfied. Very clean and New. Was there for the Shanghai Astro Museum and is walking distance to the museum. While the hotel has no resturants, there are many nearby eating places and also convenience stores. Very convenient and highly recommend.

1. Super komfortowy pobyt! Pokój był czysty i bezzapachowy, pościel miękka, a obsługa recepcji szybka i miła. Na pewno wrócę następnym razem. 2. Lokalizacja jest niezwykle dogodna, tuż obok przystanku autobusowego. Pokój był dźwiękoszczelny, Wi-Fi działało niezawodnie, a stosunek jakości do ceny był doskonały. Gorąco polecam! 3. Dbałość o szczegóły była urzekająca! Gospodyni codziennie uzupełniała wodę mineralną, a śniadanie było urozmaicone i pyszne. To był idealny pobyt. 4. Idealne miejsce na podróże służbowe! Zameldowanie zajęło tylko 5 minut, pokój był w pełni wyposażony, a ja przespałam spokojnie całą noc. Było niesamowicie bezstresowo. 5. Idealne miejsce dla rodzin! Pokój był przestronny, a recepcja zapewniła kapcie dla dzieci. Obsługa była uprzejma i na pewno wrócę.
