Hotele w: Dishui Lake and Lin-gang Area, Szanghaj

We had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World and want to commend the team for their outstanding service. We arrived very early in the morning around 9am, well before the usual check-in time. The staff member who attended to us was incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. She did her very best to arrange our rooms quickly, and even upgraded one of them to a family room so that both rooms could be connected. We were so grateful for this thoughtful gesture, as it allowed our whole family to rest comfortably before heading out to explore Snow World next door. The family room itself was wonderful — spacious and well-designed. Our son especially loved the loft bed! The room also came with great amenities, including a dining area, a two-seater sofa, and a huge bathtub, which made our stay extra comfortable. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were consistently helpful. When we needed assistance with food delivery, they guided us patiently and made everything easy for us. The location is another major plus. Snow World is just a short walk away, which was extremely convenient — after playing, we could simply stroll back to our room to rest. The hotel is also very near the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Overall, we are truly impressed by the warm hospitality, thoughtful service, and excellent facilities. Thank you, Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World, for making our family trip such a pleasant and memorable one. We look forward to staying again!

Wonderful hotel with super friendly service staff. They allowed me to check in slightly earlier, which was a major plus! There's quite a few convenience stores around the vicinity which is great. Love that there's a rather sizeable mall just 5ms walk away and another mall just 10m drive away. Area is quiet and peaceful which i truly appreciate! The room i got was super spacious and lovely too! A pity I forgot to snap pics. Overall would recommend :)

This edifice of a hotel is simply exceptional. The service team, the residence, the dining options, the facilities, the amenities, the location, I can go on an on. I didn't even have enough time to enjoy all the offerings. My family was quite over the moon with our stay. We were visiting from Canada and cannot wait to return. I highly recommend anyone weather it be business or leisure visiting Shanghai to put the Radisson collection at the very top of their list. With two days here you feel so relaxed and pampered that it feels like you've been resting for over a week! Oh and the hotel location in my I'll opinion is excellent because of the quiet surroundings. We were very happy to take rides to the Bund and escape back from the overcrowded downtown back to our solace in the hotel. I don't usually review hotels but I just have to give it up to the management and the entire staff from the room maintenance, check-in, dining and facilities and management. You're doing an exceptional job and I look forward to returning soon. My next trip here I will make sure to stay even longer as it feels like home away from home 10/10 . Oh and the buffet dining options are excellent!

my mistake not checking the location better. it is too far from city center, it is in light industrial area so if you are here for that it is very handy but if you are here as tourist too far away from any thing intersting.

It's in very convenient place.You can get Malls,super market and bus to go to metro station easily. The behaviour of the staffs were really good. They have tried to serve at their best,especially the young man at the reception.

It's 1 hour away from the city center but closed to the Pudong airport. Very quiet and silent. The room condition was also very good with clean and soft bedding. All staffs are nice, kind and supportive. Unfortunately, they don't provide in-room dining service. If you want to have a dinner in the hotel, you should go to the restaurant in the site. Th available foods are very local. In the breakfast, you can enjoy some breads and coffees. Overall, I'm happy with the stay. Highly recommend.

Ok, the hotel itself is amazing, the food is just so so but i love the details in the room and the lobby especially in the penguin area. They even gave us multiple stuffed penguins for each of the family members with different colors. The only bad thing which made us move to a different hotel was the shared ventilation which caused cigarette smoke to get into our room and the smell was horrid and really strong, we had to stuff towels into the vent and yet the smell seeped through and hotel staff was no use, they barely did anything. Also the assistant manager was helpful and he spoke english and he was really friendly. Also i really enjoyed how there was a playplace to go to and that they cleaned it often. It is just the smoking which was a huge problem given it is a non smoking hotel, which we expected better service from the staff to stop the smoking yet nothing had been done.

在攜程上訂了這家酒店的房間，來臨港書院這裏辦事訂的，酒店剛開業很新，前台熱情專業，服務很好，體驗了洗衣房和健身房很不錯呀，洗衣房配置的洗烘機帶高温自清潔功能，有消毒記錄，這讓我使用很放心掛燙機手持不累手，出蒸汽很大熨衣服很快很平整很快燙完了外出要穿的衣服，還貼心配了很好用的手持粘毛器，比常規的好用，被種草了。尤其健身房不得不説五星級酒店也未必有這麼多專業器械，正好練個背後爬個坡，鍛鍊氛圍很好不像其他酒店去基本就是沒幾個人，唯一的小問題是新器械剛開始使用有些不絲滑。推薦辦事出差果斷選擇，不踩坑。

Mój syn jest fanem Ultraman i uwielbiał pobyt w tym hotelu i cieszyć się tym parkiem tematycznym, podobny poziom ekscytacji w porównaniu z jego ostatnią wizytą w domu Ultraman w Japonii. Pomimo, że między hotelem a Trip.com wystąpiły pewne problemy komunikacyjne, obie zespoły starały się jak najlepiej rozwiązać problem i wspierać nas. Specjalne podziękowania dla pani Trip.com (przepraszam, że zapomniałem zapytać o jej nazwisko), która rozmawiała ze mną kilka rund do rozwiązań. Sercefelt dzięki panu Rogerowi Yao (kierowniku na służbie Ultraman Hotel w południe na 05Apr), który z powodzeniem sprawił, że mój syn znowu zadowolony po rozczarowaniu. Zdecydowanie znów zostanie i poleca znajomym.

W nowym hotelu unosi się silny zapach formaldehydu. Na śniadaniu jest bardzo mało miejsc; rano znalezienie wolnego miejsca jest praktycznie niemożliwe. Zimą klimatyzacja w całym budynku jest zbyt gorąca; koce są nieznośnie gorące i suche.
