The place was amazing in this price. Unfortunately, another CJIA exists nearby and I had trouble locating it on Gaode/AMAP. Most important: the hotel offers complimentary breakfast. Please don't fall for it. They order it from Mc Cafe nearby. So if you are a family and want more breakfasts, they would charge 20-22 Yuan per person, however, same meal at McCafe 50 metres away costs 9.9 Yuan. I am not being too critical but its an advice for everyone. . I was initially given a room which smelled strongly of cigarettes. I requested to change and thankfully they did.

Everything was replenished promptly, and the dining area remained clean and comfortable even during busy hours. Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient. It’s close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to get around without hassle. Despite the central location, the hotel felt calm and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, this hotel delivers a great balance of comfort, service, and value. The staff’s hospitality, combined with the clean rooms and convenient location, made the stay truly enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would confidently recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

The room was smaller than expected . A bit far from center , 1 hour with the metro, but I knew that .The staff could be a little bit friendlier, say hello and smile, it would be great. I didn't understand how was with the cleaning, in the days only once they changed the bed . Every day they gave us water and towels but not cleaning/ typing the room . On the first morning the cleaning lady woke up us at 9am to give us water :(( They gave us water one evening when we didn't have anymore and kept our luggage until 17.00, that was good!!

Naprawdę wygodny i czysty hotel. Zastanawiam się, dlaczego nikt nie wspomniał o bidecie w pokoju, co jest rzadkością w Chinach! Może to nowy budynek, a może coś innego, nie wiem, ale zdecydowanie dodało to wartości mojemu pobytowi i jestem z tego bardzo zadowolony. Nie wspominając o tym, że mają bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel. Dzięki Olivii, pomogła mi z dostawą paczki, ponieważ nie miałem numeru telefonu do Chin kontynentalnych, i na szczęście pomogła mi ją dostarczyć. Była też bardzo miła, moja partnerka miała urodziny podczas pobytu i pomogła mi z niespodzianką, przygotowując owoce i kartę podarunkową, którą osobiście własnoręcznie zrobiła, i umieściła w pokoju, a moja partnerka otrzymała ją po powrocie. Ogólnie pobyt był komfortowy i wart swojej ceny.

Obsługa hotelu była dla nas bardzo uprzejma. Używali sprzętu, który umożliwiał tłumaczenie z mandaryńskiego na portugalski, co bardzo ułatwiało komunikację. Obsługa jest bardzo pomocna, pomogli mi nawet złożyć zamówienie przez aplikację, ponieważ wszystkie dania były po chińsku, a ja nie rozumiałam tego języka. Bez wątpienia personel sprawił, że nasz pobyt w hotelu był satysfakcjonujący. Nie mogę zapomnieć o robocie, który pomaga przy dostawach, naprawdę fajny.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and 1 night. The location is excellent, but the room was not very clean. The room I stayed in had many cockroaches. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to maintaining cleanliness in the rooms.

The hotel is good — we liked it. The room matches the photos. It has everything you need, except that tea and coffee were not replenished during cleaning. There is a free shared laundry on the floor (2 washing machines and 2 dryers), and laundry detergent is available for free at the front desk. The soundproofing of the walls is excellent, but not so much at the door — you can hear what’s going on in the hallway. The toilet has a heated seat, the shower water reaches the desired temperature instantly, and there’s a fridge. We didn’t try the breakfasts, so I can’t comment on them. Cons: the air conditioner works a bit strangely — it’s weak during the day, but at night, even if set to +27°C with the fan on low, we ended up freezing after a couple of hours. The beds are slightly smaller than a standard double, but it was enough for us. The staff doesn’t speak English, but they responded promptly to all our questions and requests using a translator. There are several cafés and shops nearby, so everything you need is close. The nearest metro station is about a 10–15 minute walk away. (Room was ”Zhenxuan Enjoyment Suite”)

Hotel was very comfortable, room was lovely, clean and nicely furnished, the staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay, bringing us tea while we waited for drivers in the lobby, leaving out umbrellas on rainy days, helping with laundry, helping to translate, always so polite and kind. I would definitely stay here again. Huge shopping centre across the road, very convenient. Only about an 8 minute walk to the metro.
