From early checkin to late checkout, the service of Bruce has been professional and prompt. He added us on Wechat and that allowed me to raise queries from how to use xiao du to making dining reservations etc a breeze, like having a private butler at your fingertips! The night performance was impressive and dining at the Chinese and Western restaurants has been excellent. The breakfast spread is extensive and the stay has been peaceful and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great staycation away from city bustle!

Check-in was quick and easy. The staff spoke excellent English. The room was as described and matched the photos. It was very large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Room service was very quick and courteous. We needed an extra towel and it was brought within minutes. The food delivery by robot is funny, but I personally don't like eating from plastic bowls; I prefer a plate or bowl. The beach is great if you're travelling with children and the pool area is fantastic. Only the condition of the slide in the toddler area is no longer so good. The paint was peeling off in places and the play equipment in the water was very rusty in many places. The water in one pool was also very cloudy and didn't look very clean. But it was still a lot of fun... The breakfast was very good. There were even enough plates and cutlery for children. The selection was large and very tasty. The breakfast room was very clean and large enough for many guests, and the staff were very attentive and courteous. It was a very nice stay and I will definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Overall good hotel. Swimming pool was nice, as were the sauna facilities. The breakfast was alright for this tier of hotel (best to come early though as it gets very busy). Service met expectations. The gym should be improved, it is very basic and some of the equipment is definitely home-grade (I'm not very fit, but maxed out the leg press dork a large set without even trying). Still, gym is there and it is better than most Chinese hotels. The check-in process took some time too. I specifically requested a non-smoking room and had to change rooms a few times, in the end we looked at five in total rooms and only one of them was without cigarette smell. We enjoyed the final room, the bathtub was still a bit dirty though and needed a scrub.

We are a family of four and had a generally pleasant stay. The front desk staff were friendly and thoughtful—they brought us fresh fruits and snacks every day, which was a lovely touch. The hotel also offers a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient for travelers. Our room had a beautiful lake view, and the location was quite good—there’s a shopping mall about 1km away, making it easy to dine and shop. However, one inconvenience was that the room’s power system didn’t allow us to keep the electricity on while we were out. This meant the air conditioning and TV turned off every time we left, so the room was always hot when we returned. Breakfast was decent, mostly featuring local Chinese dishes, but there were very few Western options. Overall, a comfortable stay with warm service, but the room power setup could be improved.

Myślę, że poza marką, należałoby dodać coś więcej do jakości usług, ale nie było obsługi lokaja. Hotelowa siłownia ma być do dyspozycji gości podczas pobytu, ale ponieważ hotel oferuje bezpłatne zajęcia próbne, wyproszono gości, którzy nie potrzebowali zajęć w trakcie trwania zajęć, aby pomieścić 2 lub 3 osoby rezerwujące te bezpłatne zajęcia próbne. Moje dziecko uwielbiało pokój na poddaszu; nowość małego poddasza natychmiast sprawiła, że zapragnęło wrócić. Strefa basenowa dla dzieci również była bardzo przyjemna, a personel uprzejmy i pomocny. Zapomnieliśmy okularów pływackich i czepków, a hotel zapewnił je w rozsądnej cenie, co było niezwykle miłe. Ponieważ moje dziecko nie je chińskiego jedzenia, pokojówka za każdym razem z troską przynosiła jedzenie na wynos do pokoju. Starsi ludzie, którzy są za starzy, by spać na miękkim materacu, już przed naszym przyjazdem przewrócili materac na twardą stronę. Z kartą-kluczem mogliśmy dojść do Pałacu Sanyuan i świątyni Zhiye Zen z tyłu w zaledwie trzy minuty. Dwa dni to zdecydowanie za mało. Zdecydowanie zatrzymam się tam dłużej następnym razem, aby delektować się tym kulturowym i religijnym skarbem. Na koniec, wielkie podziękowania dla naszej gospodyni Qingzhu i ukraińskiego prosiaka, który pracuje w gospodarstwie domowym. Włożyliście w to tak wiele wysiłku!

走進希爾頓歡朋酒店（松江店）有一種賓至如歸的感覺，大堂服務枱美女熱情快速的接待我們，還給我們房間的床鋪升級了。我們走累了先在大堂沙發上休息片刻，渴了有飲料 咖啡。到了客房，房間寬敞整潔舒適明亮，服務也周到。一次不錯的住宿體驗。

This is a nice hotel and I had a nice stay. It has a good setup for work and I thought the food was decent. Only problem is it’s a bit too far from the exhibition center and it’s not close to metro either (it is not near anything really, pretty isolated). Anyway it’d be so much better that it actually was close to NECC (as the name indicate). Liked the facility itself but would not return unfortunately.

The overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip! ♥️♥️
