Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The best affordable hotel to stay at when visiting Disney. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Chinese, but fresh and tasty. Our daughter loved the rabbits in the garden. They offer a shuttle service to and from Disney and you can hire a big stroller from the hotel. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

To był naprawdę niezapomniany pobyt w Mercure Shanghai Yu on the Bund! Recepcja pozwoliła mi zameldować się wcześniej po przyjeździe, pomogła mi z moimi ogromnymi bagażami. Przytulne miejsce. Do Yu Yuan można dojść pieszo. Nie lubisz chodzić? Nie martw się, hotel zapewnia bezpłatny transfer do kilku miejsc, które musisz odwiedzić przez cały dzień, skorzystaj i zaoszczędź na Didi :) Do 小杨生煎 można dojść pieszo. Uwielbiam wystrój pokoju, ogromna przestrzeń na 2 duże bagaże i bagaż podręczny, a mimo to jest przestronny chodnik. Okno jest zasłonięte siatką, która zapobiega wizytom komarów 😛, a mimo to można poczuć chłodny klimat Szanghaju. Najbardziej imponującym personelem jest pani 葛强芬 w jadalni na 2. piętrze, pracowita w recepcji, szybkie sprzątanie, nalewanie wody do ekspresu do kawy, uzupełnianie jedzenia i sprawdzanie naszych potrzeb. Zostawiłem kurtkę, a ona trzymała ją dla mnie do mojej wizyty następnego dnia. 😍 Nieograniczona ilość wody pitnej, schłodzonej lub ciepłej, według uznania. Ciepła herbata kwiatowa serwowana w lobby też jest fajna! Bezpłatny napój w puszce w lodówce. Czysta pościel i codzienne sprzątanie. Super pracowity zespół. Poza tym domofon odbiera człowiek, czuć więcej ludzkiego dotyku. Pomogli mi z moim ******* zamówieniem, ponieważ nie miałem lokalnego telefonu komórkowego. A najlepsze jest to, że zobaczcie poniższe zdjęcie-niespodziankę. Cudowna obsługa i na pewno wrócę 🙂

The best 5stars hotel ever stayed Very professional hotel staffs and the cleanliness is tip top. They make up the room 3 times a day and each time we are back. It is sure back like home. Ms Aurora Gan is very friendly to walk us the hotel check in and check out. Will come back to stay again.

Od momentu wejścia do pokoju byliśmy zachwyceni widokiem. Mogłabym siedzieć przy oknie i podziwiać go całą noc. To fascynujące! Personel jest uprzejmy i bardzo pomocny. Dużym plusem jest pralnia. Nawet pani tam pracująca pomagała nam w praniu. Następnego dnia dostaliśmy większy pokój, co było miłym zaskoczeniem! Dziękujemy Shirley za bycie dla nas niezwykle miłą. Bardzo podobał nam się pobyt w The Bund Puyan i gorąco polecamy to miejsce innym. Na pewno odwiedzimy Szanghaj i zatrzymamy się tu ponownie.

I went with my 4-year olds and my mom. The executive suite has the ample space for my kids to play around and a decent view of Pudon. We were welcomed with a bowl of fruit and a personal note from Alexander. But, i must say that the superb customer service started prior to coming in. A day before we checked in, I got a call from Elio asking me if there is any request regarding my trip the next day. I just requested for a few stuff for my kids, which they delivered upon checking- in. The two points that we really liked in our stay was the customer service and the tasty food of breakfast in “the cook”. My kids had cereals, noodles with soup, sausages, and yogurt. Personally, i like the salad bar and the freshly baked pastries. All in all, it was a Christmas trip that my kids loved because the lobby gave off a holiday vibe where we took pictures too.

Jego gotowość do pomocy o tak późnej porze, w połączeniu z jego spokojnym i profesjonalnym podejściem, naprawdę odzwierciedlają wysokie standardy usług Waldorf Astoria. Proszę o przekazanie serdecznych podziękowań Jude'owi — jego zaangażowanie nie pozostało niezauważone i sprawiło, że stresująca sytuacja stała się o wiele łatwiejsza do opanowania. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, przyjemny pobyt w najlepszej lokalizacji. Widok na nabrzeże jest po prostu niesamowity!

Wystrój hotelu jest zachwycający. Widok z okna zapierał dech w piersiach od momentu wejścia do pokoju; trzy główne budynki Bundu zachwycają zarówno w dzień, jak i w nocy. Portier był bardzo gościnny, otworzył drzwi, przyjął mój bagaż i wskazał drogę. 👍 Pokój był czysty i jasny, łóżko i poduszki bardzo wygodne, a w nocy panowała cisza. Lokalizacja hotelu jest doskonała. Magnolia Plaza znajduje się na dole, a do North Bund Park można dojść pieszo, aby napić się kawy i pospacerować. Z hotelu roztaczają się piękne widoki na Bund, a jednocześnie można uniknąć tłumów.

Podobało mi się prawie wszystko, było tam pięknie, jak na zdjęciach. Zupełny zbieg okoliczności. Dużo światła. Wszystko jest przemyślane i wygodne. Pralka brzydko pachniała, trzeba ją było doczyścić i wyczyścić. Nie wszystkie płytki w łazience były czyste, w niektórych miejscach były zażółcenia, które wymagały czyszczenia. Toaleta była czysta, ale umywalka nie do końca. Klimatyzacja działa tam dobrze. Są dwie. Było bardzo ciepło.

This hotel has different room layouts so it is important to choose correctly. I initially booked the lower bunk with shared facilities which is in effect like having a bottom bunk in a hostel except here is a door to your own space. I shifted my arrival dates thus had to switch to a different room type: the single ensuite. I cost a bit more but was well worth it. I thought the room was well designed and the perfect solution for those who do not like to waste money on a hotel room…just want a clean and convenient place to sleep. The room had a single bed with an ensuite. The floor space was only sufficient to open the door, but other space was well designed. The space under the bed was sufficient for my multiple bags. Comfortable bed. Next to the headspace of the bed there were to shelves plus additional hooks to hang clothes…making 10 hooks in total….plus multiple hangers. Also next to the bed were additional light switches so you need not get up to turn off lights. There were two bottles of water, topped up each day, tissues, free earplugs and a small bin so while in bed you did not need to reach for the bin next to the bed or in the ensuite. These touches showed the thought put into the design during refurbishment of the space. The shower room was small but I had no problems. Shampoo and shower gel included as well as toothbrush and comb. Small mirror in ensuite and long mirror on wall. Wall mounted hairdryer. The towels are disposable type, not my preference and I used one alongside my travel towel. Housekeeping came each day to empty bins and top of water. The lady was very nice and upon noticing that I had been ill for a couple of days, inquired after my health and checked that I had medicine. There is a laundry; need to scan a QR code to use the program to pay. 8rmb for a wash and dry is a bargain. Near reception there is a microwave, water dispenser to get hot water, tea on tap as well as a wide selection of free tea bags, instant coffee as well as ground coffee machine & candies. The room has vents for air circulation on all the time (no windows) and a separate air conditioner control. When arriving I automatically turned on the air con, that night I felt uncomfortably warm. The aircon temp could not go lower than 18 which is reasonable except the temperature felt much higher than 18, and even though the fan speed sounded louder at different speeds it caused no movement in air. On the 2nd day I experimented with leaving the air con turned off….it was much cooler than when on so I did not use the air con again during my stay and was not too warm again. Location: West Nanjing road stop is on line 2 meaning no changes for Hongqiao or Pudong airports. It is also a connection for lines 12&13 making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The hotel is about 10-15min walk from the metro, which did not bother me at all, and I also made use of the many public bicycles. The hotel has responded to previous feedback as the instructions prior to check-in had detailed instructions from multiple dropping off points. I found the hotel no problem…it is on the 4th floor of a small building within a complex. When I went out on the first night, I came back to find that door locked, but it was easy to get back in by following the instructions from an alternative drop off point. Points to consider: - The walls of the ensuite are glass thus may be an issue if sharing a room - The walls are thin and sound travels so not good for a very light sleeper. I stayed 10 nights and on only 2 nights did I have a noisy neighbour - you may feel to cramped of travelling with large case. - the rooms on the inside have no windows. The continuous air circulation may cause dry eyes and throat when waking up. When in the room I sometimes left the door open to not feel stuffy. is new and modern. It was always clean. It is great value for money, especially considering it is in the city centre. I stayed 10 nights.

It was a quite small and cozy room with old Chinese vibe. I would recommend to stay to feel how usual people live in China. What I like most of all: it was not serviced appartment with front desk, but online team - group in Wechat created works very well and solve the question in real time quite effectively. they helped us to register in Police as foreigner (sometimes even serviced appartment with 24 hour front desk reject with it). The only thing the communication feels no so polite- ”commandarm style”, from the other hand this feeling could be probably explained by language barier and cultural difference. So I would evaluate this like 4.5 from 5 stars. what caould be improved: Or more precise it could be greate to inform the visitors in advance about everything. Usually properties shows not only property inside photo but also outside. It was a little surprise for us where the property placed. It was a private sector and I attached the photos to my review. They are the photos that were absent at description, I would say it would be good to inform visitors about this in advance. From the other hand in addition where the property is placed (in old private sector) the future visitors will have advantage of living at very center of Shanghai paying reasonable price. The rest of the photo at description are correct and I can I approve the condition of apartment corresponds to description and that is important. What I can add in addition. Despite on property informs in advance that property will not provide the soap, shampoo, etc, I would say to have a soap is more important than having toothbrush of single use, because it is very annoying to buy all stuff at every new hotel because of luggage weight.
