I booked a Biya parent-child room on Ctrip in advance and arrived at noon. I tried to find the room by myself but ended up getting lost. By chance, we met the manager of the scenic spot who took us to find a room and introduced in detail the performances in the scenic spot and the up and down routes. We wanted to change to a higher room, and the manager was very friendly and showed us around different room types. They also helped us upgrade our room type for free. This service is really great.
