Mój przyjaciel miał wysoką gorączkę zaraz po przybyciu do Shangri-La. Kiedy przybył do hotelu, okazało się, że zarezerwował pokój bez tlenu. Gospodyni w recepcji była bardzo miła i zmodernizowała ostatni pokój z tlenem nas za darmo (dziękuję bardzo🥹)
Zbliża się Święto Wiosny i panuje atmosfera chińskiego Nowego Roku (szef powiedział, że w sylwestra będą fajerwerki🎆), jest mnóstwo dekoracji Święta Wiosny, w sklepie można pić nielimitowaną kawę, a makaron ryżowy w małym garnku na śniadanie są pyszne😋
Myślę, że najlepszą rzeczą są ręczniki. Wszystkie są jednorazowe. Naprawdę nie martwię się, że ręczniki się zabrudzą. W pokoju jest też nawilżacz. Pościel jest również bardzo wygodna ciepło. Na recepcji dostępny jest także darmowy koncentrator tlenu medycznego. Działa, uwielbiam 🙏

Kiedy tym razem przyjechałem do Shangri-La, wybrałem hotel w ciemno. Przed dokonaniem rezerwacji zapytałem recepcję hotelu, czy są jakieś miejsca parkingowe. Pani w recepcji była bardzo cierpliwa i pomogła nam sprawdzić i poinformował nas, że są jeszcze miejsca parkingowe. Właśnie zarezerwowaliśmy hotel. Po przyjeździe była około drugiej w nocy i okazało się, że większość parkingów była pełna. Poszedłem do recepcji zapytaj, a recepcja wskazała nam miejsce parkingowe na czas. Zameldowaliśmy się bezproblemowo. Zapoznaliśmy się z płynem do mycia twarzy, kremem do rąk, kremem nawilżającym i innymi artykułami. Była kawa arabica Yunnan, co również było bardzo uprzejme przeniesiono mnie do pokoju z tlenem, co było świetne~

Obsługa w recepcji była dość cierpliwa. Okazało się, że pokój, który zarezerwowałem, nie był wyposażony w tlen. Specjalnie dla mnie podnieśli standard pokoju i dali mi małą pamiątkę. Pokój był całkiem wygodny, a ogrzewanie podłogowe było wystarczające. Dla Shangri-La Pogoda jest stosunkowo ciepła jak na taką pogodę. Procedury zameldowania i wymeldowania są bardzo szybkie, a wprowadzenie jest szczegółowe.

Wszędzie nie ma atmosfery Festiwalu Wiosny, ale ich dom już udekorował lobby. Po wejściu do holu czuć ciepło. Dobrze jest wziąć taksówkę przy drodze. Parkowanie taksówek jest również wygodniejsze personelu recepcji jest bardzo dobry. Zapewnia swobodny przepływ wody mineralnej, a dania na wynos można dostarczyć bezpośrednio do pokoju. Śniadanie składa się głównie z chińskiego śniadania i można jeść nieograniczoną ilość makaronu ryżowego. Dla takiego kawosza jak ja kawa w holu jest całkiem atrakcyjna. Rano wypij drinka, aby odświeżyć umysł.

這次旅行住的酒店體驗超棒！房間是温馨的榻榻米設計，住起來特別舒服。位置離景區近，出門就能開啟遊玩模式，超方便。酒店服務更是貼心，從前台到保潔都很熱情，下次來這邊還選這家！早餐的餌絲特別好吃哈哈哈哈 全屋智能還有提供一次性浴巾和毛巾這點非常好 舒適的環境很好的治癒了我徒步虎跳峽的疲憊。

離松贊林寺很近，窗外就能看到雪山，非常舒適的酒店床和枕頭，質量都很好，有地暖，服務也不錯，房間總體入住不錯，空間很大，洗浴用品都是一次性的，乾濕分離投影設備很好用，停車場也比較寬敞，停車輕鬆，洗衣機，烘乾機都配備的齊全，環境乾淨整潔，性價比超高

酒店挺新的，設施都還可以，房間裏面配備的是地暖，在冬天地暖很給力，晚上也不會覺得冷。打開窗可以看到日出還有雪山。
客房阿姨非常好，服務超級周到。酒店前台真的超級好，服務五顆星。早餐廳的阿姨五顆星，做的早餐太好吃了。
酒店離松贊林寺廟和獨克宗古城都很近，可以走路去松贊林景區拍照禮佛。去獨克宗古城需要打車，古城有全世界最大的轉經筒和各色美食非常好逛。
去虎跳峽和普拉措都可以直接從古城東門坐車去。

總體來説，無論是住宿的衞生環境還是前台的小姐姐，服務態度都很好，尤其是酒店能夠提供生活小贈品，這一點就很棒，作為女生，特別能理解出門總是忘拿東西的不方便之處，的確很貼心，房間裏面也不冷，配備地暖，還有加濕器

去松贊林寺玩，住這家酒店真的太明智！出酒店沒多遠就到景區，省了好多趕路時間。房間打掃得一塵不染，住着超安心。前台、保潔的服務也都很熱情，幫忙規劃路線、及時解決問題，住得舒服又開心
