A day of self-driving, I thought of a comfortable rest after Shangyi, this is probably the only four-star hotel in Shangyi, but I am very disappointed. The hotel air conditioner is not cooling, the more it is opened, the more hot, the customer service can not solve it, and finally told that there is no maintenance master at night, it is recommended to open the window for ventilation. The temperature of the room this night was up to 29 degrees. I looked at the previous reviews and complained a lot about the air conditioner. I don't know if the design capacity is not enough, or the operation and maintenance shrinkage is not up to standard. It has not been solved for so long. Breakfast is generally fast hotel level, poor environment, like a large classroom, single variety, quality. There is a porridge, generally four-star coffee drinks are not available, let alone omelette, noodles. Fruit is only one can. It feels like payment. The name of the hotel is tall, and it feels lacking in layout and quality. I don't know how the four stars are certified.
