Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The reception and staff service was friendly, approachable and welcoming. Room was extremely clean and even received a room upgrade. Thankful for the hospitality and the cleanliness of the hotel. The location is superb with two metro station options. Night markets and coffee shops near by, and iconic shopping centres. Enjoyed a free afternoon tea and supper too. I would stay here again :-)

The hotel is located in the heart of Futian close to the touristy spots. The metro is directly next to the hotel and can go around shenzhen easily. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. I enjoyed the bidet toilet which many even new hotels don't have. The price ratio is very good for the service. Also received some snacks while leaving. Ordering food from outside gets delivered directly to the room by a robot. Would book again!

Intercity Shenzhen exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's modern facilities and comfortable rooms made for a relaxing stay. However, what truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by Miss Helen and the staff. Their professionalism, hospitality, and genuine care for guests made me feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommend both the hotel and its amazing team!

Generally tidy and clean. It’s right next to construction site, but it’s a weekend so the noise level is acceptable. However, the room and corridor is filled with cigarette smell, a bit disappointed.

It was such a wonderful stay. The hotel has robots to deliver your food 24/7. Breakfast has a large selection and staff are all very helpful and kind. They even decorated our room to celebrate my husband's birthday.
