We decided to book again because the hotel manager was so amazing! Ordering food is so fun when their own personal robot calls you on the phone and is faithfully at the door to deliver to you! In the morning there is a traditional Chinese breakfast buffet. Even while doing business in Shenzhen as an education consultant, it was the comfortable beds that truly made the difference for a good night sleep or afternoon nap.
Thank you so much General Manager Zhou Yanxiang, warm thank you to your desk managers who were so kind to call a taxi for me.

I stayed here for a week for business. Traveling was not an issue as there were plenty of cabs nearby the area. It was also very convenient to get food delivery. The hotel’s robot can deliver the item directly to your door step which is AMAZING! The hotel was new and the bedding and toiletries were of pretty good quality. The staffs were responsible and friendly. It’s a very comfortable stay overall except for a few areas for improvement :
1. Improve the variety and quality of the breakfast.
2. Provide ironing service or tools (it will help business travellers a lot)
3. Increase the brightness of the bathroom lighting (for makeup purposes)

為了看周深演唱會定的酒店，體驗很好！給安排的樓層比較高，很安靜隔音很好~交通也很方便，地鐵站出來一個路口，走五分鐘就能到。前台小姐姐和保潔的阿姨也都很熱情，不僅幫忙晾衣服，下雨天還幫忙撐傘送到上車點，每次出入酒店也會問候一下。十分推薦！

很久才來龍崗一次, 這次來探老朋友, 在眾多酒店之中選擇了悦•四季酒店。悦是去年才開業, 我就是看中這一點。首先説位置, 不難找, 但步行距離來説吃的地方比較少，可停車。前台態度友善, 效率高, 贊！房間來説, 舒適, 乾淨, 馬桶有電子鋪墊, 加上了智能控制, 令住宿體驗加分。感謝小度小度。唯一美中不足就是洗手池的水龍頭, 開小一點水就會流到洗手枱上, 但整體來説我是十分滿意這次的入住體驗的。

房間非常乾淨整潔無異味，淋浴房也不錯哦，看着床鋪整潔心情都很舒暢了，外面走廊上鋪的地毯也很乾凈，房間WIF也不錯，盥洗室的毛巾浴巾疊放很整齊，窗簾都是自動的，按開關就可以啦，總枱服務生很熱情，辦理入住手續很快，停車在門口免費。唯一不是很滿意的是9點鐘去吃早餐的時候，連稀飯都沒有了，什麼牛奶雞蛋饅頭炒飯統統都沒有了，叫做給我們光盤服務吧。服務員看我們去了趕緊去邊米粉，衹放了個蛋就炒了粉，特別難吃，桌面上連一口水都沒有，後來因為老公膽囊問題不吃炒雞蛋，就給煮了蛋。非常不舒服。旁邊有兩個人，也沒有吃到什麼，就説你們早餐總是這樣，説是9.30結束，每次8.30去都所剩無幾了，她説她經常來住，也是滿臉的不開心。希望酒店能夠改進一下。
