Newly opened in dec 2023 and everything is new and clean.

We had a fabulous time at the Shangri-La Nanshan. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a gorgeous view of the water and city. We were here to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the hotel decorated our room and gave him a cake to celebrate. The afternoon tea and breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious and well suited for the Asian palate where it wasn't overly sweet. However the best thing at this hotel are the staff. They were always courteous, sweet, and helpful. It is definitely one of the best stays we had. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Absolutely superb. The most beautiful and well designed hotel I've ever been to, even the smallest details were talen care of with different fine materials and textures. The staff were always attentive to help even before you asked them. Alice in reception was excellent during our check-out. The views are something else, and same for the afternoon tea. Very nice and sophisticated environment, including other guests.

โรงแรมเปิดใหม่ ตกแต่งสวยทำเลดี ติดรถไฟใต้ดิน ติดห้าง มีซุปเปอร์มารฺ์เกตใหญ่ และร้านอาหารมากมาย วิวจากในห้องสวยมาก พนักงานหน้าFront ชื่อ Tina บริการดีมากทประทับใจมากค่ะ พนักงานบริการในห้องอาหาร Lucas Pan บริการดีมาก จำรายละเอียดลูกค้าได้เป็นอย่างดีว่าชอบทานอะไร ประทับใจมากมากค่ะ พนักงานข้างหน้าคอยเรียกรถให้ก็บริการดีมากค่ะ โรงแรมมีบริการLate check out ให้ด้วยค่ะ น่ารักมาก เนื่องจากไฟลท์บินดีเลย์ค่ะ

南山香格里拉酒店設計感十足，是我很喜歡的風格，作為新酒店來説，地理位置不算太好，離深圳灣萬象城距離10分鐘左右的路程，酒店樓下有一家新開的商場，步行可到。酒店整體無論從環境還是服務上來説還算可以，唯一滿分的地方就是早餐了，菜品豐富，選擇多，在酒店66層，可以俯視深圳的城市美景，希望下次有機會再去。

在這個網紅盛行的年代，不論哪裡的美景都少不了相機和搔首弄資的美女，想要私密感有點困難，拍個到此一遊可以理解，如果像攝影棚一樣精雕細琢，確實會給別人帶來困擾。
提幾個我覺得可以改善的細節吧，房間水吧應該配一個小茶壺，茶和咖啡應該地位相當，尤其在廣東。咖啡杯☕ 稍微講究一點應該有个杯托，星巴克風的咖啡杯檔次不高。
洗護用品瓶子不好用，擠不動，倒不出，一方面説提倡環保減少一次性用品，另一方面又紙盒塑料袋的過度包裝，很是矛盾。為什麼不能像日本很多酒店一樣提供品牌的面護小樣用品？
就這些吧，整體還是很好的，不過也還有改善空間。

酒店審美有驚喜到，大堂挑高嵌入綠意，有東南亞氣息，開闊通透又不清冷，綠意旺盛。樓道和房間內有一些中式元素，主色調是非常高雅的綠色系，深綠淺綠都用得雅緻。灣景房是一半城市一半海水的view，晚上海岸靜謐，早晨藍天高遠，陽光照到床上的時候感受是温暖的視野是朗闊的，心情很好。早餐豐富度很完善了，飲品有椰青，水果有蓮霧，火腿有配烤菠蘿，鬆餅有花生醬櫻桃醬十幾種可以配，服務員會來送烤麪包布丁。雖然半夜預訂入住等了一會找訂單，但酒店硬件在深圳可以説遙遙領先，整體感受是比滿意要再好一點的～
