Good service and friendly staff. They took their time to call and explain that I've forgotten something in the hotel even though my Chinese language proficiency is limited. I also loved that they had a charger that you can use, even though it needs to be paid. Room service was excellent

第N次入住了，一直很喜歡這個酒店！酒店所有人員服務都很好，碰面都會笑容滿面打招呼。4號也很有禮貌，超強親和力，房間衞生乾淨，周邊交通方便，吃東西也非常方便。

破洞毛巾賓館都不敢拿出來用，在這家酒店我算是見識到了。這不算完，昨天天氣只有11度，他家沒熱水，是一直沒熱水。理由是什麼？是因為酒店多人用熱水，供應不了，又一次刷新我認知。酒店沒熱水是因為多人，那希望各地人們幫幫他家，別去增加他們的負擔了，萬一那天到夏天因為多人沒空調了就害了他家酒店了

經常入住了，品牌酒店值得信賴，房間裝修風格簡單大氣有格調，空調熱水超給力，床睡得很舒服，樓下吃喝玩樂一應俱全，值得推薦入住

房間整體還不錯，淋浴房水挺大的，服務也是挺不錯，缺一些簡單的生活用品可以找前台拿，前台很熱情。服務員辦理入住也很快，給升級了個有窗户的房間。
