Compare to the price, everything just fine. Good location, will visit again. Thanks for the upgrade

The followup service was not close enough, we have to ask a lot of thing my self eg WIFI PIN

very friendly and helper staffs, bathroom and floor are not very well cleaned but acceptable if travel without kids

1) No bowls, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils in the apar**ent 2) Shower cubicle flooring is slippery when wet 3) No laundry bag 4) Wide variety of food outlets available at basement level 5) Nice open view

The building was nice and kind of convenient for Namshan. The reception desk was helpful in helping us to order a 6 ppl van. She wanted to help walk us to the car but ended up walking around the whole building. My bedroom window was right by a road contruction side so up till 130AM there was rod banging and restarted at 630am on a Sunday!!!!! my bathroom also smelled really bad due to the pipes.. I didn't complain that evening as the kids came home at 11am and were knackered and couldn't move rooms so just left it since we were only staying 1 night. The other rooms weren't that bad. There was also a cigarette butt at the entrance of the door when we came in. I think the cost for a 3 bedroom was cheap..... for what it was. Not sure if i would stay there again. There were a lot of food options in the basement of the building which was convenient.

Main desk moved away from the usual but at least people are willing to tell you where to go. Pretty good as usual overall. It is the fourth stay I have with this hotel and I am still coming back. They even call you and check why you haven't checked in yet.

酒店景觀開揚，可遠眺遠方。 房內空間大，間隔適宜。 電視接駁騰訊盒子，可看球賽及其他電視節目。 比一般酒店好。 酒店把我們預訂的房間升級 酒店與卓悅前海相連。 升降機直達B1，B2&B3。 B2&B3層應該是停車場。 卓悅前海B1層有許多食店、茶飲店,商店。 B1層還有通道通往萬象前海，十分方便。 酒店附近有3個大商場，吃喝購物都方便。 鄰近兩個地鐵站。交通便利。

酒店是新型住宅酒店，傢俬都好新，每個房都有浴室，生活空間充足，床褥枕頭也好睡。最喜歡的就是智能大鎖，充滿安全感。 酒店附近有三大商場，不用行出露天地方也可到達，什麼吃的也找到。中港旅遊巴行5分鐘就到。 真服務員也很給力，在商場遺失了匙卡，他們沒有遺失費用，還幫我立刻更換密碼👍👍👏👏😄😄
