第一次入住 酒店的設備相當殘舊 房裏地下有餅碎有食物碎 超級污糟 不建議帶同小朋友入住 同等價錢有更多更好的選擇

如果需要羅湖過關，香格里拉肯定是最方便的選擇，走過去10分鐘。
本着想要一個好的休息環境訂的，作為老牌星級，隔音差得不行，影響休息。
設施老舊，花灑掉漆掉到割手，根本拿不住。配套不周到，連最起碼紙袋都沒有。
服務：CI的時候前台黑口黑麪，其他都不錯。

At this time the hotel is total chaos. We arrived at 9.30 pm and were checked in. Tried to order food and all of the restaurants were closed. Tried to call room service and waited for half an hour after calling many times to be told that there was no food. Eventually calling the manager who apologized and arranged a sandwich.
Went to the rooftop bar and the barman explained that all of the staff were brand new and mostly very young, only 2 people on the hotel spoke English and he was one of them. He has only been there for 2 weeks himself and explained that the hotel was in chaos since reopening. He did provide a good service

My booking was requested non-smoking room, but when I check-in only smoking room is available. I went in the room has very bad smoke smell, and check with the hotel there is no other room available, only thing they can offer is freshener spray over the room. But the smoke smell still there. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

房間挺大，服務很好。
In conclusion, my experience at Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and prime location made it a perfect choice for my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent experience, whether for business or leisure.

We chose this hotel because of its location. It’s 5 mins walk to the Luohu Port to Shenzhen. Bathroom is quite small compared to other hotels I have been to. Hotel staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is great; I am a vegetarian and I had a lot of choices.
