Good hotel. Best price deal. Within Shenzhen heart, all is accessable. From business matters, shopping and eat. Nearby to Metro train station where will make your trip more convenience and easier.

The customer service was top notch, check in and out process was smooth! The room was nice and exactly the same as the picture posted. Hotel also provided free usage of the mini bar.

Amazing hotel with a wonderful location and great service. Breakfast was okay but the seafood buffet was just excellent! They never disturb if you’re in your room, laundry service is great - one day they delivered my dry cleaning the same day in the evening. I’m sure I’m staying in Watergate Novotel Shenzhen on my next trip to Shenzhen!

My second time staying in this hotel. I return for obvious reasons because it suits my needs. A huge room with clean and comfy bed. I will definitely return when I have a chance.

Clean and tidy hotel, location not near to subway station that need to walk about 10 mins. Surround is quite at night that I preferred.

Does not have good experience with this hotel. Too old, does not have 5 star hotel hardware. Not very near to city. I dun not recommend to stay with this hotel till next major upgrade.
